Waffle House — Restaurant in Lonoke

Im confused on the good reviews... I had the worst experience yesterday at this waffle house, first of all came in stood there a whole 2 mins before any of the 6 staff members there said a single word no Hi or Be with you in a second NOTHING and I placed my order waited when they finish they tried to give me a doughy waffle which let me add EVERYTIME I COME HERE FOR A WAFFLE I ALWAYS HAVE TO HAVE THEM REMAKE IT ALWAYS so I asked to remake it the side wasnt even complete is how doughy it was the lady there with her carebear badges tried to defend the waffle like I paid for this I expect my food to be made properly! They remake it she left and MY WAFFLE SAT ON THE COUNTER IN THE TO GO BOX FOR 5 MINS IT WAS ALREADY REMADE AND FINISHED SO THEY MADE ME WAIT FOR IT BECAUSE I HAD THEM REMAKE IT HOW DISRESPECTFUL AND ITS SAD MANAGEMENT ALLOWS THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIOR WHICH IS WHY YALL CAN'T KEEO ANY STAFF MEMBERS ITS RAN LIKE A JOKE We already dont have much places to eat here in lonoke this waffle house will be just like the taco bell shutting down due to careless staff and management I have 3 years living in cabot and its always pulling teeth at this place to eat you get forced to cook because this is the treatment you get they cant even make a waffle they dont even touch they just got to set a timer and they can't even do that... DO BETTER WAFFLE HOUSE COMPANY OR YOUR GOING TO CLOSE JUST LIKE TACOBELL/KFC DID.. AND YOU TEENS WORKING GET TO BEING EORKERS LIFE DOESNT HAND YOU EVERYTHING ON A PLATTER YOUR WORK ETHIC MATTERS AND SPEAKS FOR YOU AND SO FAR THIS IS A JOKE CAN'T EVEN WORK AT A...

On Sunday 02/25/2018 I walked into waffle house sat down to order food two white girls ( waitress) said welcome to Waffle House.... I sat and waited while other people that came in after me were service. Finally 45 minutes later I was asked if some one help me but they have to pass me to get to the booth to help other people. I continue to sit at the bar while two white women told me a black female truck driver that they don't know who is going to serve me . I never received service even after an hour of sitting at the bar while the walk pass me to serve other people. Bad Customer service......Why can't I get service an order food like the other customers. The other customers received service in 5 minutes.... I will never come to this location again. I pray they get better staff so no one else have to deal with not getting service at all the way I did. So I went to Burger...

There where two of us dining. My 3 over easy eggs were cold and didn't eat but two bites. The waffles were over cooked (toasted) and tuff. Neither one of us ate about a 1/3 of them. The manager was the cook and only deducted $4 for one waffle. Would not deduct eggs because the waitress said I have eaten them. NOT! They seem to be kind of upset because I told them they were one of the worst Waffle Houses I have ever been to and they continue to be. I was asked several times if I was having a bad day and said no, not until of the bad service. $25 for two to eat breakfast and not satisfied does make me have a bad day. I'm not new to how things are supposed to be at Waffle House I worked for Union Pacific Railroad and traveled for many years and I'm stopped at Waffle House many times to eat. I wish I had taken pictures. I don't recommend this...
