Parking our SUV w/ a 6x12 trailer wasn’t hard their parking lot had the space to accommodate us and parking was free. I also really liked that they have the Diamond Member parking spots right next to the main entrance, looks real V.I.P. Upon entering the hotel, the lobby is nicely decorated with modern furniture and lots greenery, it felt very welcoming. Also, we arrived late at night around 12:30am and the front desk representative automatically put us in for late checkout which was very thoughtful. We had 2 rooms on the 4th floor and as we exited the elevator there was a nice sitting area with a long curvy couch, very chic. The halls leading to the rooms were well lit and not dark and dingy at all. The rooms were clean and the beds/pillows were comfortable. However, the only issue we had was our tub/shower combo in 414 needed to be repaired. The stopper in the shower did not work properly so when we pulled the stopper up to start the shower the tub was also filling up. The next morning I told the front desk representative and he made a note of it. Overall I would stay at this hotel again, 9 out of 10 I recommend. Note: Breakfast was complimentary but we didn’t get up for breakfast.

Ratings Scale 0 - 10 Service or Product: 7 Customer Service: 9 Environment: 8 Cleaning: 8 Washroom: 6 Cost: 7 The hotel is located decently (for the price) near the main Hollywood area (Hollywood Boulevard) so you can grab an Uber quickly to get anywhere. Public transport in the city takes too long to get anywhere! Unfortunately there was a mix-up in our check in and they gave us a queen size bedroom for 3 people but they gave us a rollaway bed to make do. There are bathroom amenities provided but you may have to request for more since they didn't provide them even after room clean up until we asked. I guess that's how budget hotels work. The room was quite spacious though and big enough for 3 people easily. The bathroom was spacious too but the tub drain seemed blocked which was very annoying when taking a shower. Overall the stay was good enough and the staff was always courteous. They have daily breakfast in the main hall area. Even though the breakfast was quite nice with plenty of options, the seating area was only enough for half the guests and many people either had to stand or take the breakfast up to their rooms.

I could give this place five starts. However, “thanks” to Sam, the front office representative, I would give 0! My daughter has food allergies, so I asked for plain scrambled eggs. So they told me they couldn’t because the kitchen would be closed in ten minutes. So I said ok, you have ten minutes. They said no! I said, but I do see you made for other people here. So Sam said to me: look, you have other stuff. The other stuff was all pork. I told him we are Jewish, we don’t eat pork, and my daughter has a dairy allergy. So he raised his voice at me and said, NO, and I don't care with a bad attitude. And he sent my husband a bagel with cheese and ham and said this is not pork and tried to convince my husband to eat it! Which is pork!!! Then, I heard loud Arabic music in the lobby, and the whole picture became clear. He knew we were Jewish / Israelis, and that's why he treated us like that. Too bad. I like Hilton Hotels, and it is too bad they let employees treat clients like that due to their hate!

Stayed here with family in October. We only spent one night and got there well past midnight. The building is right off the highway, has onsite parking, and the door is locked after a certain time requiring either your room key or the someone at the front desk to let you in. This a good feature- too bad my digital room key was not working on the app and no one was answering the door bell. Had to call the hotel itself to be let in. The gentleman at the front desk was not the most welcoming at the start but after I explained that I had called to say I would be coming late (not to mention that I had also let the person who helped me book my stay as well) he gave me 2 physical room keys since the app was not working and something to place on the dashboard of our car. I suffer from a bad back but this was the best hotel bed I have ever slept in! I slept like a baby. Our shower had a leak in the neck of the shower head that made the walls, floor and toilet tissue wet. I let someone at the front desk know. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. The breakfast area could be better configured to accommodate more people but this is a minor thing. Overall it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend this hotel if you are driving through and...

We stayed here to go to an event close by and it was absolutely amazing. The front desk was absolutely incredible. They were incredibly nice and had THE BEST customer service I’ve EVER seen any company have. They made us feel very safe and welcome. After seeing some of the reviews I was skeptical but I’m glad I took a chance on this place. I felt completely safe here. In order to get in the building you need a keycard and in order to get up to the rooms you also need a keycard. So if you don’t stay there you can’t get in unless you bring your friend which is fine. People say that the area is sketchy, it’s a little sketchy but not dangerous. People tend to walk around a lot not on the hotel property but on the sidewalk and hang around but it’s nothing dangerous. Just don’t hang around outside at night. The hotel had breakfast every morning. It was really good. It was a full hot breakfast with an amazing seating area. I’m not sure if there was a pool or not but overall the hotel was great. The hotel is newly renovated and it very modern. The shower and bathroom was AMAZING and clean. When you go up to each floor there’s cute little sitting areas. Overall the hotel was incredible, if your thinking about staying here I totally...
