Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I am highly disappointed with this location. I came to get sous vide bacon eggs bites. I have accumulated rewards to get them for free. I also saw a sign saying buy sous vide bites get a beverage for free. So I figured id get both items for free or at least ask, right. WRONG! as I put in my order with someone completely out of uniform she rung up my order , I explained to her I have rewards and she says you can't get everything for free. I asked why she said you can't use two coupons at once. I didn't see that in the fine print so I asked her to explain the deal. She said no you can't use two coupons at the same time, you are not allowed. I said fine I'll just get my bites.

As I'm waiting for my bites, a lady behind me explains to her friend she had accumulated rewards for a free beverage/snack, so she ordered the sous vide bites and got a coffee beverage for free. She was so excited she got her "meal/order" for free.

Starbucks, as a whole isn't doing what they can to please the customer. They sold us on a sub $200. Verisimo coffee machine for the home, then they discontinue the pods for the machine a few years later? What would Mr. Coffee think of that marketing strategy? Now, there hasn't been a day in the last few months where they aren't out of food product. Should I switch up what I like to eat every morning, or just take the hint and start-over elsewhere? Shall I make the Coffee Bean or Peets coffee my morning stop-over instead? Did Starbucks get to that "Complacent " point this early in the coffee empire, where they feel comfortable to give up the hard earned market share? I hear CBTL also makes a coffee machine for home, with pods at a fraction of the price of...

Three stars to me means satisfactory yet far from ideal. No plugs for relaxing and performing work. The tables are shared between Target cafe and Starbucks. This wouldn't be an issue if the title would have suggested it was a Target Starbucks, instead leading me to believe I would get the full Starbucks experience. Keep in mind, I still am giving this place three stars despite the poor condition of the place (i arrived at opening time, so it's kind of telling that the place opens up dirty).
