Horrible experience . Upon check in i provided my credit card and they charged me for 30 days and i was only staying for one day. When i received my keys i proceeded to my room and got an alert to my phone for over 2k and i immediately turned around. When i returned to the front desk the hotel employee stated he made a mistake and thought i was someone else. Later that day i went back down and asked were there any bars near by so i wouldnt have to drive to far and there was. The bar was really close almost next door, i went to the bar and hung out and i swear i saw the bar tender spicing my drink so i offered it to an employee there and the bar tender snatched the drink before the employee could drink it and threw it out . When i saw that i left went back to my hotel. Later, someone was knocking at my door with mask on @ 3 am in the morning i didnt answer i called the police. The hotel swear they new nothing of this but i think they did. The rooms were nice, but the area i think is to urbanized and the workers are a in connection with their surround environment....
Read moreWe were originally going to stay in Burbank but am so glad I expanded my search parameters and found this place. Diane was very helpful in securing us with a two bedroom suite for our stay. The staff are awesome, from the gentleman who checked us in to the gentleman who helped me with getting snacks late one night. The room was clean, cool and comfortable (overlooking the roach on the wall). Beds and sheets were the best, and even the small details like the towels and Watkins brand shower toiletries made it worth every dollar. I would have loved to have stayed longer, but we had to spend time with family elsewhere. However, when my mother needed a place to stay a week later, I booked her here for 5 nights, and she loved it (overlooking the dead roach and NOISY freezer in the kitchen). Many thanks to Lucy and Jenny for helping to book and then extend her stay. I love Staybridge Chatsworth and can't wait to come back after this COVID mess is over so we can enjoy all the benefits of this hotel. I definitely recommend...

No managers never return my call had to call corporate which did not help but get me $11 because the charged us and took our cash for a parking pass. I booked on Expedia and they don’t tell you that nor was I told that when I checked in. Front desk employees horrible get them some good training at the Chatsworth location and make sure us customers can understand them. They charged me for one day as much as I stayed there for 2 days. I was there from out of town for my daughters baby shower with my pregnant daughter we had to stay a extra day because of the rain & wind from that San Diego hurricane weekend alert. We never got a discount or accommodate for the inconvenience of having to stay there one more day due to the weather. Horrible location would never stay there again. I have lots of family that live in that location they will not recommend this hotel stay for our family...
