Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this pizzeria on a Friday evening. I placed my order online well in advance, expecting it to be ready on time. However, I ended up waiting over 30 minutes after arriving, with no updates or apologies from the staff.

To make matters worse, when I expressed my frustration about the wait, the staff member simply told me to cancel the order if I was tired of waiting—without so much as an apology. This level of rudeness and lack of professionalism is unacceptable.

My pizza was delayed for more than 2 hours, and I've been trying to call, but nobody answered. I want a refund. This has never happened to me before, and I'm not sure what's going on. When we were unable to check their menu or order online we drove to the shop. 1st customer service person left after taking our order. 2nd person asked what we wanted & we said we had already ordered, she then told us our order had not been taken. When she took our order it was dearer than their advertised price so she stepped aside & a 3rd person came to serve us.
