I had an absolutely terrible experience at this pizzeria on a Friday evening. I placed my order online well in advance, expecting it to be ready on time. However, I ended up waiting over 30 minutes after arriving, with no updates or apologies from the staff.
To make matters worse, when I expressed my frustration about the wait, the staff member simply told me to cancel the order if I was tired of waiting—without so much as an apology. This level of rudeness and lack of professionalism is unacceptable.
