I hardly ever leave reviews, but Lynn and Devin were so helpful. From the moment I stepped into the store, I felt seen and understood by Lynn and Devin. They did everything they could to take care of us, and their expertise and assistance resulted in a dramatically improved quality of sleep.

From the time we were little, the story of Goldilocks has shown us that three people in the same house can have wildly different sleep preferences. This makes mattresses especially hard to shop for, because you can’t trust reviews the same way you can for other purchases. Comments of “Too hard” / “Too soft” really don’t give enough context to whether that reviewer’s preferences match your own.

But I can tell you our story and hope it resonates with you as you add yet anther piece of information into your shopping journey. For a number of years, we had a medium queen mattress and had discovered that we slept better after putting a 2” memory foam mattress topper on it. I’m a back sleeper, and my wife is a back/side sleeper. A couple years ago, we upgraded to a king mattress that was from an estate sale and cared more about the size of the bed than the feel; after all, that mattress retails for over $6000 and we got it for less than 1/10th of the price. It was a firm mattress, and probably a bit worn out, but at it must be a good bed, right?

I struggled to sleep as well as I wanted for a couple years, preferring to take naps in the guest bed that was formerly our queen. I have a talent for falling asleep quickly, but often I’d wake in the early morning hours – still tired, but unable to sleep. My wife has always struggled with sleep and this was no different. After ruling out my sleep habits, and the night insomnia emphasizing my sore back, I was ready for a change. Mattress shopping was tough; we decided we wanted a medium bed but there were so many options.

With Lynn's help, we we ultimately picked the Serta iSeries® 2.0 Hybrid 1000 12" Medium Mattress because it felt the best to us in store. But I was still a bit skeptical; how different did they actually feel? Plus, sleeping overnight is considerably different than lying there for 2 minutes.

The first night, we covered our mattress with only the mattress protector and sheets. Because of those layers, I didn’t notice the cooling cover having any effect. I tossed and turned more than usual, but each time I woke up I was able to fall back asleep – so that was a win. I also noticed that my back felt rejuvenated after the first night. My wife said she slept the same as always. Before the second night, we added the two-inch memory foam mattress topper on top of the mattress. It certainly made the mattress plushier. Once again, I slept a full 8 hours without a sore back, but I woke up fewer times. My tossing and turning was minimal this time, and my wife slept all the way to her alarm. She said “I think the mattress does make a difference.” (and also was morning-angry that she was actually still tired and wanted more sleep and that she might prefer a worse mattress because that way she was already awake before her alarm went off!)

Three weeks in, my only regret was the pillow we purchased with it because I had reverted to using my old pillow after three days since the medium profile pillow was too high. I called and Devin was able to help with this. Unbelievable...

We were in desperate need of a new mattress. Years overdue. After not getting any sleep the night before, and rough day at work, I dragged my husband out to Mattress Firm in Oxford to "just look around". With a number already in mind, we tested out several mattresses within the store while the only gentleman in there helped a few other customers out that were there before us. This gave us time to shop on our own and have a couple in mind by the time Kurt was able to get to us. One of the first ones we tested out was one of the Tempurpedics and Kurt popped over real fast to hand us a remote to play around with. When he finished helping the others before us, he came to help us out with our "looking around". We told him how we tested out several, knew we didn't was a spring mattress, and kept coming back to the Tempurpedic. He told us to hop on so he could take us on a journey through awesomemess that we didn't even knew existed when we played around with the remote the first time. It was a dangerous idea, having had only a couple of hours of sleep. He showed us all the fun tricks of the mattress that my husband "didn't need". He smooth talked us through each feature and told us how different functions could help different chronic issues people deal with while sleeping, such as snoring, crossing the feet, and allergies (my husband) and acid reflux(me), all without us saying anything about those. During this special time we had together, we both almost fell asleep SEVERAL times. He let us know that Tempurpedics aren't for everyone as far as comfort goes, but I was immediately hooked. The longevity of the mattress is what they're really known for, which happened to be something we were also looking for. We ended up deciding to purchase right then and there. Kurt made the process so easy and stress-free. He was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and personable. Invest in the mattress. 10/10 would give Kurt all of my(and my husband's) money again!! Bonus: we only have to suffer getting stabbed in the back one more night as delivery is expected tomorrow for basically free. 2nd bonus: they are taking our old mattress to...

Went in with and invoice from a prior purchase. Full with motion base. Needed queen of same model. Dis ontuined..oh no..so we asked equivalent set somular specs. Tried almost exact but didn't have the softer one on the floor. Oh my sorry. Then said how about that in another vendor model. We tested 3 simular brands..found it in Beauty Rest. Settled on that model made for your store. Ahhhh this is the one. Started reviewing for sale. How about we add a single in the same brand with the motion base. Added second mattress to order on invoice. Then your excellent sales associate lead us around helping us select mattress covers, sheets and pillows. One stop shopping. Eything but the Douvet. That we'll pick with same tones to match our window coverings. EXCELLENT SERVICE. I would call her by name but the invoice isn't at hand. She knows we know her. We're just a little under the weather and very excited to be moving to a flat apartment without maintenance. In all the excitement we stopped at the Flats and checked out the apartment. My Great Grandson got to pick his bedroom and told me where he would like his new bed to be located upon delivery. Dragging morning included house inspection today.
