Rustic Furniture Warehouse — Hotel in Lubbock

Trust me when I say we've been to every single furniture place in Lubbock. Almost every single one has said it would be 6 weeks delivery and if they didn't have it in stock they could show us the catalogue. If I wanted to shop online I wouldn't be in the store, would I? So annoying. Then....Rustic Furniture. They sell from the shop floor. What you see is what you GET. First - we bought a sofa and bookcase. No waiting...they literally delivered it within 2 days! And everyone was super friendly and kind. Then we went back for a dining table for our breakfast nook. They showed me a copper one in the catalogue and I told her "I don't order from catalogues - it's impossible to really see what you're getting and I hate shopping that way". No problem - they'll order it in for the showroom and if we like it we can buy it and if not no problem! This is unlike ANY other store we'd been to in Lubbock (and like I say - we've been to them ALL). Sure enough - within a week Rachel rings us and says "come on in!". We came, we saw we bought and later that VERY SAME afternoon it was delivered! I can't say enough about how awesome it is to actually go somewhere and know you'll be getting REAL SERVICE. They go the extra mile and the furniture...

Wife and I were in the store two weeks ago looking for various rugs for our home. We bought an entry rug and asked as sales lady about a 2x7 runner in a specific style, she said they would call on Tuesday once they reopened after the weekend and let us know by Wednesday. Never heard anything back and called earlier this week to inquire about the information and she said she would call back in 15 to 20 minutes. You can guess we still haven’t heard back from them. I was also told they’ve been really busy, which I can understand. But don’t tell someone that you’ll be in touch soon if you have no intention of following through. I prefer to deal with local companies over having to order online. We’ve spent a lot of money in this store in the past, guess we aren’t good enough customers!!! I hope the owner reads this and...

I patronize this business spent over $1,000 came back as a repeat customer was going to buy 2 items and asked if they would price match a third item for $30 less because I found it cheaper and he said no he doesn't do that therefore I did not buy the two pieces I intended to buy I'm going to go to the other place and they're going to price match the original 2 pieces and beat the price as well. I will not recommend this place to anyone that sees my furniture like I had in the past. Buyer beware...
