I had a great experience at Rolling Stones in Lubbock and definitely recommend checking it out if you’re in the area. From the moment I walked in, the vibe was fun and welcoming. I had seen a few negative reviews online mentioning rude or inattentive staff, but that was not my experience at all. There were about five staff members working when I visited, and they were all friendly, helpful, and clearly working hard. They even chatted with us about the ice cream and their current specials, which added to the friendly atmosphere. One of the best parts of the visit was just how many ice cream flavors they had. I had a tough time choosing, but the staff were patient and let me try several different samples without any attitude. That kind of service really stood out to me. Price-wise, it was a good bang for your buck. They serve Blue Bell ice cream, which has gotten pretty expensive lately, but the prices here were fair, and the portion sizes are very big and generous I ordered the ice cream sandwich, and it was delicious! You can tell they care about quality. Another highlight is the outdoor seating area. The vibe outside was just as great as inside perfect for enjoying your dessert on a nice day.Overall, Rolling Stones is a fun, flavorful, and friendly spot. Tons of flavor options for all kinds of taste buds, great service, and a chill atmosphere. I’ll...

The ice cream was fine. A little overpriced but that’s to be expected with a place like this. The customer service was awful. Firstly we stood and waited for someone to help us, then when we found out who was supposed to help us she actively ignored us when we talked to her for at least 4-5 minutes. Secondly, I have celiac disease, therefore I’m gluten free. I simply asked for my scoop of ice cream without a cone. The woman that was helping me laughed at me for asking that, then told her coworker while still laughing and acting like I was weird for even asking that. Her other coworker laughed as well. I explained that I’m gluten free and I don’t have another option and both of their responses was very condescending and passive aggressive. I was diagnosed 11 years ago, and I have NEVER had any experience close to this. I never leave reviews, but I’ve also never been laughed at for something so minimal. The woman I had a problem with had a big neck tattoo of a man’s name. I understand they just opened, but that doesn’t excuse poor character. I will never return and I advise others...

I had heard about this place and last Sunday evening we decided to go give it a try. So glad we did. The girls behind the counter were great. I appreciated their customer service and attentiveness and helping each other out. They asked if we wanted to try anything. They asked again when we told them we had never been there and were just looking at all the choices. The choices are many and we thought the ice cream was great. The sitting area out back is nice as well. We were there right after a rain and it was just great. Great ice cream and great customer...

I’ve been looking forward to rolling in for a couple weeks now. Even brought friends for the big day… let that sink in *sigh*. Well… I thought it would be love at first scoop but I was immediately met by workers who were dismayed at my presence. Wow. Rolling cones is gonna roll out of business if they don’t stop rolling their tones. Tried asking about the menu… big mistake. I guess I shouldve done my research. Well, knowing me I’ll be back just ask Jake, I like giving second chances. Btw there’s nothing special about the specialties. 😔

We have been wanting to try this place for a while. Even back before when they had the food truck trailer. But let me say it was well worth the wait. So many options and with the specialty cups you can mix your ice cream or add and take away. But I would highly suggest checking this place out. They have Facebook and Instagram and I would look at the menu just to gauge what you want. Because they have so much.

The servings were quite generous; for instance, my friend's scoop seemed equivalent to two scoops elsewhere. Despite sharing a meal, we found it difficult to finish, and it was quite sugary. It was nice to see that they use Bluebell ice cream. However, it was a bit pricey, although the quality seemed to reflect the cost like you got what you were paying for
