Conchagua Restaurant & Pupuseria — Restaurant in Lynwood

Their customer service needs to improve. It was a cloudy overcast day in Los Angeles and i was craving a nice hot coffee. I asked if thet had fresh coffee, the girl at the register said no fresh coffee, what they had been sitting there since 9AM, it about to be 1PM. 4 HOURS of coffee sitting in the pot is not good, she did not even ask me that she'll make a fresh pot of coffee, any restaurant or coffee shop would of made a fresh pot of coffee. I ordered Pupusas and we all know it takes a few minutes max. 10 or more. Yet she couldn't make a fresh pot of coffee while i waited? I still yet have to travel the Pupusas. The pupusas are actually pretty good. A homeless guy walled in and sat next to me, the employee saw it and never asked the homeless to leave. He smelled, thanks a lot for a nasty smelling experience at your place.

Please work on this or you are better of closed...

I've been coming here for a few years now and the pupusas are always on point. It's usually busy but today was a really disappointing experience. The usual staff wasnt here but we came in sat down and they took out order but 20 and i had to ask for the drinks again. So we ended up waiting for an hour for our food which was 3 pupusas rebueltas and 3 cheese pupusas and when i asked where our food was the girl said they had a big phone order they were working on. So we ended up walking out and leaving because we never got our food. Went to a different place where the pupusas are bigger and delicious found a new spot. But yeah today was a disappointing day...

If I could rate this 0 stars , I would. I ordered a pupusa and it was raw after waiting about an hour and then I ordered a cheeseburger and they gave it to me with the deli paper still stuck on it with the cheese melted over it(the deli paper).
