BEWARE, they DO NOT CHANGE SHEETS!! This was my worst traveling experience! We booked the hotel for two nights and arrived in the late afternoon, only to discover that the sheets on the bed had not been changed after the previous guest! There was DIRT on the sheets, BLACK HAIR, and CREASES in the bed, making it evident that someone had slept there before. There wasn't a single person on site; we tried calling, texting, and emailing without any response. We decided not to stay there for the night. The next day, the hotel apologized, explaining that they had a new staff member who forgot to use a lint roller on the sheet. They offered to change the sheets for the following day. We requested a refund, but despite not using their establishment, we never received any refund.

Nice Airbnb with everything in one big room (except the bathroom of course). We were actually on the bottom floor of the yellow building next door but I think it's still part of the hotel. The stove says it's disconnected because of health codes. But there is a little kitchen area with sink, dishwasher, fridge, and microwave. Everything was clean and the temperature controls were great. Our only problem was the people on the floor above us sounded like they were running back and forth yelling. I think they had small kids. You have to be careful where you park. Bottom line, it was a good place to crash for the night. The 2 beds were comfy and lots of other seating.

"For the independent traveler" is code for absolutely no customer service. I emailed twice about my reservation before I arrived and never got an email back. This should have let me know what kind of place this was.||Sure, the hotel room is clean and it has some great IKEA furniture, but the walls are thin and the drunk college students will keep you up all night walking up and down the stairs. There are apparently quiet hours, but who is going to enforce them, especially when they can't be bothered to respond to emails? I would have knocked to ask my neighbors' to be quiet, but as a woman traveling alone, it doesn't feel safe.||This whole place seems like a tech bro had an idea about how to make AirBnB worse. It's obvious they don't have employees so they can make money, and your sleep suffers.||Basically, I'd recommend this place to someone I didn't care for. They'll think it is nice and then they'll be unable to sleep for their whole stay.||There's a reason you can't cancel after 48 hours after booking ---(which seems like an absolutely absurd policy in the post-COVID world)---it is so when you email with questions closer to your reservation arrival and no one responds, you'll be stuck with the bill and forced to stay unless you want to be out of money (at least that's...

If you want a no contact hotel experience, this is exactly what you will get. Good luck trying to get help if you need it. We had a few questions we tried getting answers to, so we texted the number we were given and after multiple texts we never received a single response. The room wasn't terrible. The TV was tiny but we weren't there to watch TV. The "free parking" was street parking so during this time of year you need watch where you park your car to avoid a ticket. The Cafe which supposedly offers room service was about to bring our meal a week after we ordered it. What I mean by that is when we put in our order and confirmed it, we got a confirmation that our meal would be brought to our room six days later. Then when we went down to the Cafe to see what was available, there was a single sad pastry. Mind you, this was at 8am on a Monday morning. There was no reason for the breakfast options to be so minimal, again no response when we asked about the Cafe issue. The owners need to deliver on all the promises they state on their website. I would have to be pretty desperate to think about going back to this hotel. Fix your problems or at least own them and apologize to...
