Kool Things Vintage Clothing — Local services in Madison

when I first walked in it smelled like gym socks and boys locker room. Prices were decent but the customer service is awful. As soon as you walk in you aren't greeted, nobody asks if you need any sort of help... like do you even want a sale at this point? The two boys at the front just sat and badly gossiped about a former customer who didn't have enough money to purchase an item prior calling him "broke". The atmosphere just feels like you're a huge bother for being in there. I saw something on the rack I did like and wanted to purchase but just decided to take a picture of it & just buy it online. The cashiers weren't welcoming just a terrible experience overall if I could put zero...

Seems like a “something for everyone” kinda place. A great selection at fair prices, especially relative to other vintage stores in town. Owners seem to always be there and are super helpful and cool. Location is a bonus…there are a bunch of cool shops along this stretch if you’re looking for a fun way to spend a weekend afternoon....

i love kool things vintage store. they restock constantly so there are always new pieces to check out. also one of the employees there, “nic” i think his name is. is super sexy. very cool, chill guy. hella sexy guy. i come in to the store just to look at how sexy he is. joel is chill too. but not as sexy as nic....
