Mattress Firm Manchester-Center — Hotel in Manchester

Do NOT use Mattress Firm in Manchester, Vermont. I ordered 2 twin mattresses, box springs and frames. The delivery team arrived - one of them spitting all over my driveway. The frames were bent and over 2 inches too big for each mattress. The delivery guy said they were defective. I called Robert (who I purchased from). Robert was not able to get me new frames until a later date. This is a ski house and I came up to receive this delivery. Robert was incredibly unprofessional - when I asked to speak to his manager he said he was in another store. I asked him to call him and make him aware of this situation and he refused. Would not even give me the number to the Berlin store where the manager, Ricky, was for the day. I did get Ricky who was very professional and apologetic and canceled my entire order. Bottom line is this store is not able to correct issues when encountered as their delivery warehouse is in CT. I will be...

I recommend this store if you need a mattress!! The sale people are great - very knowledgeable, and really care that you are making the right purchase for your sleeping needs. The before you purchase experience is informative. They find out how you sleep, how your current bed leaves you feeling, and help you choose what type of mattress you need, all while working within your budget. The delivery was quick, they set up the new bed and took the old one, all said and done it was 2 days from the purchase to sleeping on my new bed. Great customer service, great products.
