Horribly rude people. Don’t ever go here. Do not recommend. Insulted our handicap mother for walking slow.

The comment from the owner is ridiculous and a total lie. I wish it was true because it’s quite funny. However there are no Christmas trees with packages in the summer. It would also be nice if either of my handicapped in laws were able to race around anywhere. You just have rude staff who learned it from their rude owner who couldn’t even bother to just say sorry for bad employee behavior.

More lies from the owner. Was my handicapped mother stealing presents under a tree in July or was her son parked illegally shouting from a car? I think the extent of lies the owners of this place is reason enough to not go there. A simple apology for bad behavior would have been enough to take the review down. Today my fiance and son stopped in for lunch. Ordering a PLAIN cheeseburger should not be difficult. He was specifically asked if he wanted lettuce and tomato and said no. Received his cheeseburger, loaded with lettuce and tomato. He returns with it to get a NEW ONE made.. Instead, he receives the SAME burger! Took less than a minute for her to toss off the veggies, no gloves and hand it back!! Are you serious??! He could of done that. You seriously could have severely injured or killed someone today. Do you know about any allergies? You didn't care to know! Clearly! May wanna think about that next time you return the same food! If you're too lazy to remake what was PAID FOR.. GO HOME! They were only serving ice cream when we visited during posted open hours, so we went to another restaurant to eat. We visited a second time during hours you posted as being open for food and we were rudely informed that the kitchen was again closed for food. We just wanted a couple burgers and a milk shake, apparently asking for that here is bothersome to the staff as we were scoffed at for even asking. Your reply to this review shows more about your customer service abilities, or lack there of, than I could ever put into words. Thank you for that. This is exactly the attitude we received from you in person. With all the great places in Manchester to eat, there is no reason to bother visiting cold cow. One star is giving too much, but it's the minimum...
