I live near this restaurant so if I need to pick up food after work and I am craving Taco Bell I will stop here. They used to be great and would get the order ready quickly. The last couple of times I have ordered from this restaurant my order has been wrong and took 10+ minutes. Today I placed an online order at around 11:30 and chose to pick up the food at 12:00 because I had to go to the store first. When we got there at 12:00 the food wasn’t ready, but that’s not a big deal we waited and got our food at 12:10 with an apology for the wait. After we got home and started eating the food was all wrong. Typically I would have just eaten the food and not make their day any more stressful, but with only two items correct out of 8 I felt like my situation should be resolved. I drove there and tried to get it fixed, but after 5 minutes of waiting nobody tried helped me. They were all just in the back talking while I stood at the counter. I guess you could say it’s not what they did do that made me not want to return it’s what they didn’t do. I understand that the fast food industry is tough and people just want to complain, but I’m not one to get mad at every little thing. I felt like my messed up order could have been fixed very easily and I wish they had...

This has got to be one of the worst taco bells around maryville. I never say anything but after giving many chances and ordering food here, hoping it gets better tonight was it. Almost every time we order, something is left out, made wrong or is so cold it's soggy and falling apart. Every time I get a dorito taco the bottom falls out because it's complete mush. This was my gordita crunch tonight, the outside was cold and the hard shell taco was nowhere near crunchy and just folded over. My sons quesadilla and soft taco were so cold it felt like it had been in a refrigerator. My fiancés soft taco was so cold and bad he couldn't even eat it. The only thing that was remotely warm was the cheese sauce for the nachos. They forgot 4 things and my fiancé had to go back in and ask for it after he sat waiting for them to remake the order after they told him to pull up, then proceeded to give someone in the drive thru his order through the window. We don't live that far from there and have gotten food from further fast food places that was still warm/hot when we got it home. I really don't know that I will be...
Read moreI will start off by saying I absolutely LOVE Taco Bell. I could eat it every meal, every single day, and never get tired of it. I drive up into Maryville from the Greenback area whenever I'm after fast food, and unfortunately, I am faced with the inconvenience of having to pass this Taco Bell to get to the one by the Foothills Mall. This location is always either out of something, forgets your food, or makes something the wrong way. I remember one night the store was open, and there were literally no employees there. I called the next day and the manager said that everybody on night shift had gotten high and decided to all leave the store... Seriously? I suppose if you eat here you know how believable that is when you consider the quality of service you receive. I return to this store every couple months or so to see if it's still that bad, and I am always disappointed to see that it hasn't improved at all, regardless of how many surveys you fill out or complaints you file. I am usually very forgiving of error, but when it is consistently a problem then it needs to be spoken on. If you are considering Taco Bell, drive the extra few minutes and go down...
