Eureka Hotel — Hotel in Mesquite

I don't normally write reviews for hotels I stay at but I felt compelled to write one about the Eureka Hotel. First the good (and it's mostly good), good location right off the I-15, clean place, nice lobby, nice clean room, seemed up to date, price was decent for what we got (like I say below, you get what you pay for), staff seemed nice and checkout was a breeze Parking is good and you can even park near your room, which is a bonus. The so-so... We had the Garden Room which is nice but the bathroom in the room is very tight and has little privacy if you are traveling with friends or family. The door to the shower/toilet is glass and largely transparent so you can see what's going on inside with little to the imagination. I found that odd. The pool was nice but one of the hot tubs didn't have functioning jets, both seemed a bit dirty. The outside showers didn't work, which was a bummer, but because we had the Garden room that walked out to the pool level, it wasn't so bad, but I wouldn't be happy having to walk through the lobby soaked in chlorinated pool/hot tub water. Not sure if they were shut off for the season or what, but it would have been nice had they worked. Overall I'd say you get what...

Typical budget hotel. Conviently located across the street from the main casino and dining. There is no dining in the hotel. This is a typical highway motel. Nothing fancy or new but pretty clean. Bathrooms are straight from 1973 with plastic shower inserts. And the rooms (at least mine) is a dark redish brown that isn't very appealing and makes the room feel dark. The pool area is nice but the hot tub was broken. All in $127 for the night. I chose this hotel as it is the stop for the shuttle bus from Mesquite to the airport in Las Vegas. I've gotten better for less...

The rooms are near and clean and reasonably priced. The staff is what makes me love this place. They are kind and helpful and always go out of there way to say hi and have a good day. .. every single one of them are great. I've never had a bad experience there. I always refer my friend's and family to the eureka hotel. A big thanks 🙏 and a big hug...
