A faulty ball return took chunks out of my new ball. I was told to take it to their pro shop for repair. Dylan was no help at all, basically told me too bad, it's bowl at your own risk. I should not be responsible for their faulty or...

The balls come out of the lane very greasy and they kept getting stuck in the ball return lol we could see them spinning there not moving.
