Pizza Express — Restaurant in Mesquite

Pizzas are all pre-made so no altering the topping. Taste was better than my visit two years ago but both the deep dish and flat crust were doughy. The would benefit from another minute of cooking. Had the spinach and feta deep dish but not much feta and has a 7" cheese which could have been cruncher. The 4th star in this rating was for the order taker. Pizza was cold in the middle. Not just room temp but cold. You selling frozen pizzas here? $4 for a fountain drink? Give me a break… This stuff happens but asking for a tip for fast food employees is just greedy. Pay your employees enough to live. You run a business out of a casino. Not everyone that touches food should get tipped and it’s just an excuse to pay poverty wages to the people that keep your kids in their liberal private schools.
