It's a shame there isn't a star on this platform. How to start? Let's start with the location, although it is very good, there is no sign on the outskirts that directs you to the house, so you may have to enter the gardens of the other houses like an intruder to ask which house is the one.||||Second, the on boarding is terrible, the person who is an elderly woman who is in charge of the house is extremely rude and instead of inviting you to "feel at home" you feel like an intruder in a stranger's house. You feel watched and there is a terrible micromanagment, for a couple of seconds while I got comfortable, I left my bag on a chair in the dining room and my jacket, and he immediately told me "no bags and clothes on the dining room table" dude, I was just settling down to eat my dinner after a long trip!!! I've seen this comment before and I thought it wouldn't be that serious but YES it is, it really makes you mentally uneasy to see this lady sitting there watching everything you do and telling you how you should do it according to her. And believe me, she wasn't the only guest who thought the same.||||Let's talk about rest: Nonexistent. The air conditioning on the top bed feels too much and they don't give you additional blankets. In addition, it makes a lot of noise and turns on and off several times in the morning and wakes you up. The bunk beds are old and rusty, when you try to get up to the second floor of the beds, the bunk bed wobbles and moves making you feel unsafe when going up. The bed has an uncomfortable plastic protector that rattles every time you move and feel it. Uncomfortable.||||My roommates (I know it's a hostel) but I barely expected them to put their cell phone on silent and they didn't, I had to ask for it.||||All this discomfort led me to look for another place to rest all morning since neither my companion nor I could sleep. Since I had to drive for hours in the morning, I decided to sleep on the couch in the hostel room to rest for only 1 hour and be able to drive. At 6:30am while I finally managed to sleep, the elderly lady in charge of the place, without even speaking to me or touching me delicately, TOOK OFF MY SHEET AND TOOK A PHOTO WITH FLASH. I immediately told him that I was going to check out because this behavior is unheard of and instead of humanity or understanding, I received a sarcastic smile and a "check out, it's not my problem, you had to rest, you're in a hostel." The owner Pam was understanding and gave me back the $21 parking fee for the days she was not going to use it, since this elderly lady told me that no, she had not refound it. At least I found one sane person in this whole situation.||||Really putting it into perspective, I preferred to lose my money for the 4 days I had left than to stay in this place. AND BEWARE: You can attack me and respond in a bad way, but it is the truth and you are the ones affected, remember that businesses live off the service provided and...

Read more🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I’m so happy I found this amazing hostel in Miami! Casa Rosa gave me such a safe, cozy, and welcoming feeling from the moment I arrived. The space is beautifully organized and the vibe is chill and respectful, everyone was kind and gave each other space while still being friendly and fun.
The location is perfect, surrounded by tons of cute little restaurants and shops, and just a short walk to Publix, CVS, Walgreens, Bank of America, ATMs and to Design Distric also Miami Midtown. Whether you're into exploring or just relaxing, there’s always something to do in the area.
Check-in is at 3 PM, but I loved that you can check in early or super late for just $10. The bedroom has pretty colors, and the place overall is clean, comfortable, and full of charm. I got lucky with the best roommates and had a great time sharing breakfasts, drinks, and conversations with people from all over the world.
Pamela, the manager, is awesome and fair—she really makes the place feel like home. If you’re looking for a safe, affordable, and quality place to stay in Miami, I definitely...
