We came across this cosy restaurant and were pleasantly surprised at the vast vegetarian food on offer. We were given iced lemon water on our arrival. We ordered two fruit smoothies (number 5 (strawberry and blueberry) and 8 (straeberry and mango) on the menu), an iced latte and ginger ale. The smoothies were fresh and deliciously cooling. We ordered french toast, black bean panini, goat's cheese panini and vegan quesadilla. The vegan quesadilla was absolutely delicious. It was full of flavour and filling. The French toast was splendid, extremely flavoursome and was a melt in the mouth experience. The flavours of the black bean panini were delightful and a big portion size. The goats cheese and pesto panini was lovely and flavoursome. I got it with the salad which had a variety of veg. Would definitely recommend ! Overall, a super place for vegetarians as it will give a huge range of options on the menu.

I am truly disappointed. I am a repeat customer at Lemoni’s because the food is usually fresh and rather tasty. My experience dining in is good. But recently 3/5 times I’ve order lunch for myself and had my colleagues order it hasn’t been a good experience. 3 times I ordered the curry chicken wrap which I always order regularly. 2 times the wrap came with no chicken salad what’s so ever. Last time it came with just a little smeared in the bottom of the wrap making it basically a lettuce wrap… and my coworker who always orders the salad with the add on skirt steak which isn’t cheap…steak was inedible and raw. I called and was told a scoop of chicken salad would be sent with my colleagues order and when I called back, I was told they seen the cook on the Camera add chicken salad… I asked to speak to the manager and never got a follow up even after providing pictures.

Not a great experience at all. I'm willing to come try it again when they lower their prices and fix the quality of food mainly the Skirt Steak. My "Lunch Special" was $19 which is expensive for a "Lunch Special" and there was nothing special about it. The steak wasn't medium like I ordered and my jaw hurts from repeatedly chewing it in order to swallow. I eventually gave up and spit it out, because it was basically gum at this point. I immediately felt sick after eating that and the only thing that probably kept my stomach settled was the bread. I basically paid $19 for a piece of bread since that was the only good thing from my meal. The server was very nice and friendly, I was just hoping for a better experience with the food and ultimately failed. I doubt I come back. Even if I was rich I wouldn't pay those prices for that quality of food.

An extended family member of ours that lives in Miami gave me a virtual introduction to Lemoni Cafe when she posted a picture of the most appetizing health conscious meal I had ever seen on Instagram. Suffice it to say, after having been tantalized by a picture of what was later determined to be an Avocado and sun-dried tomato panini with humus, goat cheese and alfalfa sprouts, I was compelled by my taste buds to bookmark the establishment for my next road trip to the 305.

We recently took a road trip to Miami for our daughter to tour both the UM and FIU campuses. Needless to say we developed quite an appetite after having walked over two miles covering the entire span of the campus on a steamy Miami afternoon. Once the tour was complete, my stomach made an executive decision to patronize the Lemoni Cafe. Without delay we made a twenty minute trek to a near by cafe serving up healthy deliciousness courtesy of Google Map's turn by turn directions.

The venue is situated on a busy street, we dined on a Friday afternoon during working hours which probably explains the availability of ample street parking. On our initial visit we weren't quite sure of what to expect. Fortunately for me, as it relates to food among other things, I ascribe to the notion that nothing ventured is nothing gained. After dining at the Lemoni Cafe we gained an experience that was both comforting to our stomachs and decadent to our taste buds.

Lemoni Cafe's atmosphere was warm and inviting, although quaint it was a bit dim as I recall because the walls were painted with dark colors. The only available natural lighting was at the entrance. The seating accommodations were tightly packed, capacity enough for roughly 25-30 patrons to include 4 at the bar as well as 2 tables for those more inclined to dine in the elements. I didn't really mind the tight seating arrangement, in fact I actually preferred it in that it was very cozy. Furthermore, sitting closely often forces you to engage in intimate conversations while you wait for your meal to be served. The interior decorum was rustic for those who find that to be aesthetically appealing. The walls were adorned with vintage memorabilia from a forgotten era; for example, some contained turn of the century signage like Coca Cola, Vermouth Martini, and Sterling Baking Powder which greatly inspired conversations about fond childhood memories .

The staff was friendly, polite, and ushered us in with a smile. We were attended to promptly shortly after having been seated. The menu read like a short novel vast with a wide variety culinary possibilities. It was pleasantly surprising to be served Ice water with mingled with fresh mint leaves as we awaited the server to return with our orders which, was as unique as it was refreshing. I ordered a Smoked Salmon wrap that was dressed with garlic mayo, fresh spinach, olives, tomatoes, lemon juice, and olive oil. Every mouth watering bite of deliciousness exploded with flavor. Simply put, the wrap was smoking!! My meal had a healthy serving size that was proportioned to fair market value and was complimented by a savory Chic Pea salad. The family shared my sentiments, suffice it to say that once we started to eat not a single word was uttered; I can assure you that only good food has this effect.

After our first visit we were more than a obliged to return a second time which, was equally as enjoyable as the previous. For our second tarriance I ordered the Salmon & Goat cheese burger dressed with capers, lettuce, tomatoes, garlic mayo, and lemon dressing fixed between two slices of what I believe to be ciabatta. Moreover, we felt we would be remiss not to sample their decadent desserts before returning to Tampa. That said, I ordered a cappuccino, a shot of expresso (for the 4.5 hour haul) and my wife and I shared a delectable bread pudding a la mode. There simply are not enough colorful words in english language to give the taste the justice...

I rarely write reviews, let alone negative ones but I feel so strongly about the way I was treated when trying to place an order for delivery that I had to. If I could give a Zero, I would.

After being highly recommended by an employee and reading an great menu I was very excited to try Lemoni. I called and placed an order for delivery and after 45 minutes, I was called my someone at the store and they said the driver could not find me. They were simply on the wrong side of the building and just needed to walk down a breezeway. 25 minutes went by so I called back and was given attitude that because "I wasn't at my location", it would be another 10 or 20 minutes because the driver had other orders in front of me. I asked to speak to a Manager and the person on the phone apparently was the Manager so I asked to speak with the Owner. She said they weren't there and when I asked for their email, she wouldn't give it to me. I then cancelled my order if I wouldn't be put back to first on their route.

5 minutes later the driver called me and I explained the situation and he hung up on me.

I went from being very excited to try this restaurant to having such a bad taste in my mouth that I'll never attempt again. I hope they learn better customer service skills, especially their...

I went here today for the first time at my son’s request. He’s vegan, so there are a lot of options for him here. We arrived around 2:30pm on a Sunday. There were 4 people ahead of us. There were no seats available. There were seats outside, but we were a party of five and all of the tables are 2-tops and can’t be moved around. We waited for almost an hour to be sat. I wasn’t too happy about that, but it wasn’t the staff’s fault. There was a table there with their to-go boxes since we arrived, and they just sat there talking for almost an hour after paying! The menu is great. Something for everyone! I have very picky eaters in my family. My husband got a meat empanada that was amazing! Then he had a gyro that was also really good! My son had the Mediterranean platter. It was huge and everything was delicious! We shared a plate of the Home potatoes. They were good. My daughter had a Cesar salad and ate every last bite. I had a portabella mushroom and goat cheese sandwich. It was amazing! I really didn’t expect much from the place, but they really make every single item very tasty! I wasn’t even that hungry, but I ate the entire sandwich. Even though it’s a far drive for me, I’ll definitely be back. It was worth...
