We wanted to upgrade one of our phones, and visiting the store was also complicated by Covid restrictions. We first called and worked with Erick in the process by phone. He listened to our upgrade request, discussed the money options, the features between two different phones, and features of various plans.
He also patiently tried different combinations of plan changes telling us the prices each time. He conducted most of the paperwork by phone and text links, and then we were able to drop off the phone for him to do the transfer. We wanted to transfer all photos, contacts, and apps.
We dropped off the phone and in less than one hour he called us to return to the store to complete the payment and pick up the new phone. He also explained our different charger and case options, explaining the differences. When all the paperwork was complete the new bill amount was exactly what he said it would be, and he asked us to check the new phone to ensure everything was transferred.
Even all the apps were on the phone. (In a prior experience, at another store, this did not go as predicted and I spent more than two hours downloading all my apps again to a new phone.) Todayās experience was flawless.
Once we confirmed everything was on the new phone, Erick asked us to watch as he wiped the old phone to reset and erase any personal data. A pleasant, patient, and very knowledgeable customer service experience.

I then wanted to get a old style flip phone for my 76 year old mother in law. He sold me the phone for $200.00. I asked him if he was sure about the price and he told me that was the best price he could do. Because I believed his store was a true verizon store I believed him and purchased the phone. After talking to some friends I called verizon and was told the phone cost $79.00. I was instructed to go back to the store to see if there was a mistake made. I was told that they were an independent store and could charge what ever they liked and if I didn't like it I could return the phone for a $50.00 restocking fee. I am now dealing with verizon corporate office for allowing them to pose as an authorized verizon dealer. I am also calling the better business bureau, the local newspaper shout out, face book and am trying to contact the local television station for their shame on you segment. Here - Brandon helped me right away and took care of everything I needed efficiently and knowledge of his business. Iād received a replacement phone through the insurance plan after my daughterās iphone 6a experienced a known defect with the battery. He moved everything over from the defective one, helped me get the old one shipped back to the warranty group, and was very helpful in talking with me about a separate new phone purchase I plan to make. He successfully multi-tasked, helping multiple customers at the same time while I was there - without extending anyoneās visit time. Super efficient and friendly.
