Staples — Local services in Middle Township

I’ve never been treated so disrespectfully or dismissively. Wendy, I suggest you switch careers to something outside of customer service. I came in to make copies and was told to wait a few minutes because she was busy. No big deal, I didn’t mind waiting for her to finish up and remained pleasant with a smile on my face. When she finally made her way over to me I told her I needed to make copies. She was clearly annoyed and extremely rude and told me to do them myself and that it would be cheaper anyway. I was taken aback by her rudeness and mentioned I have never been to Staples to make copies and wasn’t sure of the process and never used the big copier machines before. She told me it wasn’t hard and I could figure it out. Unsurprisingly, I did it incorrectly and printed 50 disoriented pages. I walked over to the counter for assistance and Wendy snapped back telling me I needed to wait again before she’d help me. After more waiting, Abi came by and offered me assistance. She was helpful and attentive but it’s clear her coworker’s poor attitude created a problematic work environment. Recently purchased 2 iPads and a laptop. Best experience ever. Dan explained everything clearly and was very knowledgeable. Helped us to pick out well made cases as well. He helped me to pick out a new laptop and put my concerns to rest regarding all of the new technologies that had occurred since Windows 7. The staff was super nice. I just went to the court house location because I had packages delivered from Amazon. They went above and beyond to help me when my popsocket broke in store while picking up my packages. they helped me get the base part of it off my phone(that crap was stuck on there!) also asked me if I needed helped getting everything to the car(also bought a case of water).
