Thunderbird Motel — Hotel in Millcreek Township

I have been coming here for years and each time I am going to be in erie and presque isle I always stay here,and I will continue to come back because it's just a simple motel where the owners are the most friendliest people I know , and if you ever needed anything they would supply it. Sure it's not a big hotel, but it is great rates and great location. The rooms are really good, and sure it's not the grand Hilton or a sheraton , but it is a very well run establishment. So if you want good rates by the night or week or month this place I DO RECOMMEND. It has comfy beds, hot water, cable Tv, and other amenities. As I have said I never had any complaints ,give it a shot...Don't expect the high class Hotel here but it's a motel where you can relax, and you are minutes away from alot of attractions. Every time I am going to be in town I always book this motel.

The Thunderbird is under new management and it's not as bad as everyone makes it out to be. Louie, the owner, is very friendly and a very reasonable guy. It's no 5 star motel, but there are no "bugs" anymore, and he's working to fix up all the rooms one by one (and so far, he's doing very well). If you're a fisherman looking for a budget friendly place, this will make a perfect little bachelor pad for a couple nights. Don't waste your money on a fancy hotel...spend it at the tackle shops on some new gear and don't forget the reason you came. The rooms aren't huge, but there are warm showers, bathrooms, comfortable beds, and TVs, and all of the creeks/shops are within a very short drive . I got a case of beer, tied some flies, and very much enjoyed my night (and the money I saved)....

I was out there visiting a friend of mine well she used to be a friend of mine and the owner father told me I couldn't listen to the music I was listening to. They told me that I can't be laughing too loud cuz you're disturbing the other people it is a place that there's a lot of crack heads,drunks, heroin addicts ,crystal meth people and they also do mollies out there it is a very horrible place to take any children do not go out there their bedrooms is not new not remodel not nothing ! Horrible horrible place to take your kids horrible! You have been warned. And I don't think the owners father like black women too much opposite Earth a very...
