Very family friendly and is greatly prived for parties. I love that the staff is extremely friendly, welcoming and available to assist you. Great place for a wide range of people to have an enjoyable time. I do wish they would increase the frequency in which they wipe everything down since everything is hands on there but throughout the few hours my family was there recently I did witness an employee going through amd wiping everything down. At the end when the remainder was due for the party they adjusted the package I had to make it cheaper since I did not have as many people show as we're supposed to. I love that they have a couple party rooms that are already decorated so you dont have to worry about that but you can add to them if you choose to. As well as 2 pizzas and 2 two liters of soda pop are included in with their party package. At the end of the party time some of my family members did not want to leave so I let them have another couple minutes and the company did not charge extra for not being out exactly at the end. Nor did they give us a hard time. They politely found us in one of the game rooms and gave us a very friendly reminder that the party time was at an end but made sure to let us know we didn't have to rush out right that minute. They provide plates, cups and utensils for the party. As well as they have a place to store ice cream or veggie trays. I would defiantly recommend this place for a party or get together for ages about preschoo, little older than preschool and up. They have different options where you can do free play for such amount of times for certain prices or I believe they have ones where you pay for the games individually and earn tickets when playing certain games that seemed like you could cash in for something at the end. The area you turn the tickets in looked like it had a nice variety of options but we did not do the option to earn tickets so we did not actually go to the counter where you turn in to know wheter you can also use cash to help get a particular item if you didnt have enough tickets. As well as I'm not sure how the value of the tickets is worth it or not. Hope this helps if you are looking into...
Read moreA ton of old-fashioned (see 80s and 90s) arcade fun in the Erie area at a fixed price that makes it a good deal as well. My family visited on a Sunday afternoon when we had a couple hours to kill before checking into our VRBO home during a short vacation trip. The building is chock full of classic arcade staples, from glow in the dark mini golf (included with entry) to laser tag to air hockey and pool- but the crowning jewel is the littany of free play classic arcade cabinets. You have tons of hits from the last few decades, from standard cabinets to racing games to newer console hits.
Beyond the actual amount of fun things to do, the vibe in the place is really transportive to that bygone arcade era, with a mix of dark walls and neon colors, which definitely heightens the experience. I will say that the lionshare of games and activities favors adults and older kids, as my 9 year old had a blast, while my 3 year old who got in free had fun, but got occasionally frustrated because he was too small for many games. But that's no fault of the business, and letting him in for free is fair considering, and he still found many things to mess around with and have a good time. There was also food and drink available, but we didn't partake since we had just eaten lunch.
Overall, for $15 (though some activities are individually priced or need paid tokens), this is a really fun way to spend some time and just relax with some classic gaming fun, both for the young and (especially) for the young at heart. Definitely worth the stop if in the area with some time and a love for all things...
Read moreCons : Prices have been raised, but have not added more games to be included with the new price. instead they add more things to pay for and more games have been removed. Baseball cage is gone an entire wall of games that are ftp have been replaced with Token games. But what really upsets me about the place is the weekend all day pass scam I don’t know how much exactly but it’s like 3-4 more dollars more for the all day pass when the regular admission is the same thing, no one comes after you after your 3 hours are up I don’t even believe they have a way to track it, the all day pass just robs your pockets for the same exact thing. I’ve been to play port a lot and not once on a weekend have I been told to leave past 3 hours.
Pros. Would give it a 2 start if it wasn’t for how clean the place is some arcades I’ve been to are disgusting also like how accommodating the employees are, nicest employees I’ve ever met at any game/ arcade establishment most arcades I’ve travelled to had employees who looked like they would fight you if you talked to them, very kind to special needs citizens (my brother) and also have a lot of personality . If you lose a quarter/token whatever you call it In a game employees don’t stop until you are set right with a solution. Glow golf is big for it being free with admission. And the VR is extremely cool, prices are fair compared to other places.
Haven’t ate at the pizza stand yet so I can’t say...
