Taco Bell — Restaurant in Millcreek Township

Let me start off by saying, I eat a lot of Taco Bell. I try to balance fast food with high quality home made food and I feel Taco Bell gives you some leeway as to what kind of nutrients you are taking in. Overall, in the last year, I have probably had the bell 300 out of 365 days. When it comes to locations, few come close to this place. I have had Taco Bell in Boston, Terre Haute, Slippery Rock, Pittsburgh, etc., but out of every single visit, this place tops the scales in terms of overall management. Often, you have a decent morning shift, mid shift is okay, then a mediocre night shift. Seeing the manager and how he builds rapport with his team is exceptional, and it gives off the energy of a high class restaurant more than a fast food chain. I realize there is most likely issues I cannot see that go on behind the scenes, but that goes for every single business. The important aspect is not letting this constant conflict bleed into the quality of your work. And let me tell you, the quality here is excellent. Almost every single order I have gotten from this location has been correct. Even if it wasn't perfect, they are quick to fix their mistake and seldom repeat it. I wouldn't normally write a review, but this occasion I feel deserves it. I visited at 10:15pm on 10/19/2022 (Wednesday) after hitting the gym, and used my mobile order app to place a quick drive-through order. I forgot to customize my order, and they were quick to help me get the order right at the drive through speaker. However, it is at the drive through window where I think this location makes the difference. Pulling up, the employee working the window was kind and very eloquent when explaining that they needed to make fresh potatoes, and it would be a minute before I got my order. I felt kind of bad since I didn't want to hold up the line, but they got it out so quick and the guy was so nice, I felt that I needed to write this review so hopefully the staff working this night at least get a little bit of recognition for the hard work they do. When you are working night shift, the natural first emotion to have is to survive through the night without breaking down. I've been there, it sucks and can be super stressful after multiple shifts in a row. But for these employees to be so diligent when completing these orders is heartwarming. I appreciate all the work you guys do, and whatever you get paid isn't enough. Other Taco Bells could only dream!

Taco Bell in Erie, PA is a standout fast food dining experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The cashier greeted me with a warm smile.

The food itself was absolutely delicious. The taco had a perfectly crunchy shell, making for a very satisfying and filling dinner.

The fact that I was there during happy hour further enhanced my experience, by getting a deal on my iced cold soda!

In addition to the great food and service, the restaurant itself was spotlessly clean. The dining area was tidy and well-maintained, and I noticed the staff constantly wiping down tables and restocking condiments. It's clear they take great pride in providing a comfortable dining experience for their customers.

Overall, my trip to Taco Bell in Erie was absolutely fantastic. The staff went above and beyond, the food was delicious, and the restaurant was impeccably clean. I'll definitely be returning the next time I'm in the area and would highly recommend this location to anyone craving some tasty...

Waited iat the drive-through around 11:30 tonight for steak garlic fries and steak dippers nobody said a single word to me when they pulled up. They just took my card and made me sit there and wait 10 minutes after I already paid just for a lady to come back and tell me that they were completely out of Steak and that both of my items that had steak on them had to get chicken or beef so I chose chicken and then another lady came to the window and asked me the same thing that the other lady just asked me and I told her chicken and then when she brought my food back, she didn’t say a single word to me just handed it to me It completely forgot my silverware I wasn’t even gonna go out tonight and go to Taco Bell, but I was really excited to try those steak, garlic fries, and the fact that you guys let me pay for it and made me wait just to come back and tell me that you were completely out of Steak is really messed up to do to somebody , yet guys want $15 an hour?...
