Hibachi Japanese Steak House — Restaurant in Millcreek Township

I had a great experience until we paid our bill and left a tip. We got followed out by the waitress and asked why we only left a $3 tip. Why does it matter? My husband took me out for a birthday dinner and when he was given the bill he gave her the money and only had $3 in change so he left it for her. When we tried to leave she hounded us in front of everyone telling us we needed to give her more money for a tip to equal 20% of our bill. Last time I knew this wasn't something we had to do. At least we left her something it shouldn't matter the amount. Well as a nice person I said ok well that's all the cash we had on us so I gave her my bank card and put another $10 for a tip. Later after we got home we get pictures of conversation between this waitress and another waitress that works there from a friend of my husband's who knows this waitress. The things she said about the both of us were unfathomable. So not only did she belittle us infront of other customers and employees she also took it home with her and kept it going by saying horrible things about my husband and I. How can anyone get away with such cruel behavior?!?!?!? How can a person like that work with customers on a regular basis?!?!?!? She's a heartless human being and deserves to be punished for her actions! I have saved the conversation between her and this other waitress and it hurts me everytime I read what she's said about the 2 of us. So I will try my hardest to fight this and make it right! In the world we live in now a days it makes me sick to know these types of people are out there and as a mother I will do everything in my power to protect my son against this kind of thing. All because this waitress couldn't except a $3 tip. Pitiful! Horrible service. We had a party of 8. My son didn’t get his chicken, daughter didn’t get rice.. the portions was unleveled .. my 2 year old granddaughter got more than my adult daughter. My daughter & I are alergic to mushrooms just bc we didn’t state we was allergic but we specifically stated NO MUSHROOMS ON ANYTHING ! We got mushrooms bc we didn’t say we was allergic. The cook said he thought it was just an option. BUT IF I SAY NO MUSHROOMS WHY DO I GET MUSHROOMS! They only compensated what we didn’t get per MANAGER. Poor service no refills unless asked. Waitress I will say was apologetic .. unlike the manager. He could care less. I will not go back! They told us the reason we didn’t get our food that we ordered was bc they was busy with other parties after the fact! That did it for me! Upon visiting last week we went in and the staff was very rude! Our last visit was OK I mean food was a little overcooked but the prices are good however this time going in wanting to give a second chance the waiter asked how many and it was just my husband and I and he says with a snarky attitude sorry we are to busy!!?? WHAT?? TOO BUSY AND THAT HE HAD A RESERVATION OF 5 COMING IN RIGHT NOW?? As we looked around, the bar area was empty and the dining room only had 4 ppl sitting around one grill! My husband asked him why we couldn't sit in the bar area and then he says because they were getting ready to close! WELL WHAT WAS IT TO BUSY OR READY TO CLOSE??
