Not worth the price, lots of stuff needs renovating exposed wires in places, for the how much it costs to stay here these problems could be fixed. Floors sink when you walk in certain areas, beds are very hard, outside steps have a large gap between every board look very rickety and you don't feel safe walking on them, they're very steep. I don't know why, but when we got here the floor was sticky. But overall the house is great. The view of the ocean is great, and the best part is that the beach is right out side the door! I would definitely recommend...
