This place should be shut down. It was beyond disgusting. Firstly, it looked as though our room was under construction. The window and door were taped over as if they planned on painting, but the carpet was stained with paint as if they already had. The privacy lock was broken in half, which was concerning because there were vagrants and other sketchy looking people hanging around the building. The sofa had a huge stain on it, the room was dirty and obviously hadn't been vacuumed. I thought that surely we had been issued this room by mistake, and called down to the front desk to request a new one. The next room was worse than the last. The refrigerator had old food stuck onto the freezer that wasn't even frozen, the furniture looked like it had been picked up off the side of the road, the curtains were hanging off of the road, the air conditioner was disassembled, the vanity light didn't work, there was a boot print on the inside of the door, and there was a chair and wall spotted in what looked like old blood. Needless to say, I immediately went to the front desk for a refund, and even though it was a non refundable stay, the man at the front desk gave no argument and issued the refund. He knew exactly what he had tried to pass off as a room. I just can't believe this establishment has the nerve to call themselves a hotel. It was more like a drug house than a Days Inn. These rooms were by far the worst hotel/motel rooms I have ever stepped foot in. I can only recommend that this place be burned to the ground.

I had to book a last minute room for a funeral and trusted someone else to pick the location. Being that I booked earlier in the day and arrived right at midnight, I couldn't cancel. Once I entered the room it smelled like smoke, even though I'd booked a non-smoking room. I noticed was that the bed was turned down, nice touch I thought. However, the room obviously wasn't vacuumed,  as there were several items on the floor and scattered throughout the room.  Paint overspray covered the only chair in the room and I had to kill two roaches before I was able to relax. The towels looked dingy, which makes me wonder how well they were washed. I noticed stains on the sheets of the bed that I thought was turned down and there were only two pillows with one lacking a pillow case. I started to think maybe someone else had been in the room before me. The blanket had cigarette burns in it and the ironing board cover was horrible looking.  If it wasn't after midnight, Mardi Gras,, and I'd been up all day then drove 3 hours, I would've found another hotel. I used some of my clothing to cover the pillows and slept in my clothing because I was afraid to sleep on or between the linen. This has to be one of the worse rooms I've ever sleep in.

I had to go to three different rooms the first the remote shocked me as soon as I picked it up . The second smelled like pure mildew and then he said we could get a suite on the top floor that looked just like the other ones but we are tired now at almost 1 a.m. in the morning . He was very polite but this is ridiculous and we picked this place to be able to get some swimming laps in and look it . Oh my . Guess what I'm back to review some more. Sorry . I went to take a shower and under the towel was pimple patches ( an empty box ) . Then , the biggest of all because I'm about to pass out from exhaustion . I got Chef Boyardee Beefaroni to have vitamins and such and easy and inexpensive right well the microwave didn't work and I even moved it to a different location and it still didn't work . As late as it is and as much work it took to get what I wanted which is a decent room which I'm tired and it is what it is but for the price of just sleeping and watching t.v. and taking a shower is mad ! Opposed to the good customer service , the rooms and I can't believe I'm even saying this for a microwave but , amenities b, it's not cool ! Oh I'm so sorry I'm editing again . We didn't even get a blanket , just sheets y'all !

Our family was on an 18 hour road trip. We really just needed a place to rest for the night. We didn’t seek this property for amenities. So upon entering our “non smoking” room, a heavy stench of smoke and mildew was present, the smoke detector was ripped out of the ceiling leaving exposed wires hanging, cigarette burns in the comforters. We contacted front desk and was told they’ll have a repair man look at it next day (it was after midnight, we called to make sure we weren’t going to be charged for the damage). The carpet floors were FILTHY, not vacuumed, hair, crumbs and stains present. No towels, just a floor towel hanging off the dirty tub. The pillows had different hairs embedded in the pillow sheet showing it obviously hadn’t been washed. I used T-shirt’s from our own suit case to lay over them. When taking it off the next morning I found disgusting stains I’m hoping wasn’t blood inside on the pillow. The elevator and hallways were filthy, literal trash on the floor. Half full Trash bags hanging out outside. After a 9 hour drive you just want to shower and rest. My family did not use the facilities, we didn’t even shower it was disgusting and could barely rest well. I feel it was a huge waste of our money to stay in those conditions and am currently contacting corporate for a refund. I’ve literally been on hold for over 14 minutes now. Photos to follow.

**just got off the phone with corporate after a 15 minute hold, I was apologized to, told that what I experienced was not Wyndhams standards and a team will look into it and get my refund resolved and was given a reference number. Now I have to wait for a call back within the week. I will follow up to see...

The clerk was very nice. We checked in very late and as very tired the elevator was out of order we had to tote everything upstairs once we got into The room it smelled like sewer the carpet near the bathroom was soaking wet and it stink the microwave was rusted on the inside writing all the over the walls. The toilet didn’t flush properly so don’t poop The towels was spotty and nasty. I called and reported it the guy told me to come down in morning to switch to another room. So we did well we attempted to but the new room was hella hot you couldn’t adjust the temperature. In the room the I requested another room and I was told none available. And was told that I needed to pay a $50 deposit which I assumed was paid off my credit card. However it wasn’t so we went out and went to visit family came back still and requested another was hassled about the deposit at the point I feel like you can forget the deposit cause this place is horrible so we give another room no microwave I need a microwave for food because the breakfast you guys have isn’t worth nothing no juice and and let’s not forget the broken ice machine now I got back and tell her no microwave in the room she tells me this your last room and you need to pay the $50 deposit I said I will if this room is ok so we go check the room and finally it was ok. Will I stay here again Hell No horrible hotel to stay in staff sweet yes but hotel itself shut it down...
