My wife and I got all of our living room and dinning room furniture from here before Covid and we're very happy. After years of wear and tear we decided it was time to get us a duel recliner so we went in today. As we were looking a lady asked us what we were looking for and we told her. They had what we were looking for but it included a couch that we didn't want. We asked if we could just get the duel recliner and she said not the ones they had in store. She did make one call I'm guessing to another store. During that time my wife was pretty much decided to go ahead and get the set but the lady wasn't engaged with us at all. So we went to Aaron's and found what we were looking for in minutes! Paid 3 months in advance and will be doing our buyout right after that. I don't know what happened in the last 4 years after we completed our business there but we definitely won't...

I have been with Rent-a- Center for many years.. never had a problem. I love them because sometimes I do just need to rent something for a month; or I may like or need something nice; and I don't have allot of money, but I CAN make rac payments. Everyone there is always helpful, courteous and nice. However, Tamiko stands out. She has helped me numerous times and I just think she is wonderful. When I call about ANYTHING, I ask for Tamiko. She is the absolute best at her job. My husband died recently and she sure helped me get everything straight. I don't know what I would have done...
