Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Mobile

This little Ceasers store is SO RUDE and Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Somebody up there has the sticky fingers !!! I went to this store on Sep-29-2024 and got 1 pepperoni pizza and paid with (APPLE PAY TAP) which I paid $7.48 for..I never not once had a actual card with me so well the next day my card kept getting declined for more money and I didn’t think nothing of it so I just locked my card !! Well for 2 days they tried to use my card they tried again one morning @9:15am and mind you little ceasers doesn’t open to the public until 10am!!…I called asking to speak with their General Manager and I proceeded to tell her that one of her employees is definitely trying to use my card and she attempts to call me a liar and I asked her would she give me corporate number she basically told me to find out corporates number myself and just hung up!! Well youu know what after me calling up there telling her somebody is trying to use my card numerous of time and her telling me I’m lying well the declining STOPPED after I called so that makes me think was it the MANAGER that had my card number or one of...

I ordered online and paid, set the pick-up time for 3:15. No one's in the drive-thru, so I pull up. Four minutes go by before I see anyone, female walks by and looks to be talking to someone in the front. She turns around and walks past the drive-thru without even acknowledging me. Two minutes pass and she does it a 2nd time. I just wanted to pick up my pre-ordered pizza and go home. I finally drove around to the parking area and park. When I go inside, there is a lady and her son and a lady that had walked past me when I was sitting in the drive-thru. The female taking care of the inside registers is that same female that was the ignoring drive-thru window customers. I finally got my pizza and went home. I'm not sure if I'll ever go back there. Went to this store yesterday and the things I seen was not ok . But over all the pizza was good and it looked good salty but good . So let’s get into this review, I were sitting there in my car looking at the employees in the back thru the window I always encourage all people to watch the environment around them ,but an employee was cleaning up sweeping then he just put down the broom and start making pizza 😵‍💫first of all he didn’t wash his hands , second he didn’t have on gloves or a hair net just gross.
