Bed bugs!!! The first morning that I woke up in my initial room I saw a small bug run across the other queen bed. (I had a double room). I googled the bug and it was a bedbug. I alerted the staff, who did their best to accommodate . They inspected my room, allowed me to use their washer and dryer, and upgraded me to a suite. All seemed fine for a couple of days but as they say, if your hotel room has bedbugs, your hotel has bedbugs. On night 3, I noticed some small bumps on my back but didn’t think much of it. Upon arriving home, I saw several more bumps on my back, chest, and arms. Unfortunately, I’m concerned the bedbugs traveled home with me and I just spent the last several hours cleaning my clothes and luggage. Fingers crossed. I’m hoping I killed all bugs and their eggs.

Great hotel! I cannot find a single thing to complain about. Ample free parking on site so you don't have to worry about where to put the car. The entrance is clean and welcoming and there is a little area to buy some essentials. There is a a big comfortable seating area where you can relax or do some work. The room was spotless and came equipped with everything we needed for our stay including a welcome treat. We originally went for 2 nights and ended up staying 5 because we liked it so much. The staff were all very pleasant but a special shout out to Gina who was super friendly and helpful! Look forward to visiting again soon, thank you for a wonderful stay!

This hotel is very clean. The staff let us check in early so we could get to the iowa hawkeye game. The location is great. Next to the Mississippi River and across from the john deere pavilion. The free breakfast is good as well.

This hotel was pretty decent for the price and location. The staff at the front desk was very helpful. The rooms were mostly clean. My one complaint with my room is that the ceiling in the bathroom in the room I stayed in had what looked mold on it. And should clearly be cleaned. Not sure if it was. But it was a turn off for me. The breakfast in the morning was meh. The eggs were not warm and were cold. The location of the hotel was why I chose it. I was attending an event at the Vibrant Arena. Which is right next door. And it was super convenient to stay there so I didn't have to fight the crowd for parking. The parking lot seems to be a bit small for the hotel. As with events at the arena I assume the parking lot will fill quickly. It was hard to find parking at night. Not real close to the front of the lobby either. Took my Dad quite a while to find a spot to park. While I waited for him in the lobby I did hear another guest complaining to the front desk staff about there not being enough spots to accommodate all the guests. On the plus side though. It was really quiet at night. Never heard the sound of traffic, slamming of doors, etc. etc. Just a nice peaceful rest for the night. This is my first time staying here. Would I stay here again? Yes if I had an event to go to at the Vibrant Arena. No, if I was just doing other stuff in Moline nearby. That mold on the ceiling was just a big turn off for me. As well as the difficulty finding a...

Terrible service. Not only did we call to book this hotel when the employee said she would include the cost of a roll out bed into booking us a room, but that she could give us an “upgrade” to the hotel’s “superior room” for “only $10 more” (absolutely NOTHING “superior” about it- same as any room and maybe smaller)- this room sits directly across from a loud sold out vending machine and even louder ice machine- AND when we got to the hotel tonight, there was NO cot included either, so they ripped us off for the room location and ripped us off for the cost of the bed in addition just to get hidden fees out of us ($30!). Of all the gimmicks to squeak a buck out of someone, and an innocent potential guest coming from out of state who needs to go off of TRUSTING what they say. Indeed, I do not trust this hotel, and the front desk gentleman said I could not talk with a manager, and that they might be around tomorrow- but NO information to give me other than this!!!!!! So they are saying to my family on a vacation (supposedly stress free fun time) that essentially “We are going to suck more money out of you for nothing and lie to you about it too, and then wrap you into a membership all before you even make it to the front door from out of state”. Do not stay here if you are going to go off of believing what they sell you and say, and the gimmicks they give :( Dissapointed… we will not be staying here or looking for this name of...

I stayed at the Wyndham Moline from July 14 to 18 with my 8-year-old daughter while visiting family, and it was a fantastic experience overall. I had been staying at a nearby hotel that was terrible, so I was relieved and impressed the moment we arrived here.

The front desk staff were professional, friendly, and check-in was fast and easy. On our first night, we had a minor issue with our room, but the lady at the front desk was incredibly accommodating. She immediately arranged for us to switch rooms and even brought the new room key directly to us so we didn’t have to go back downstairs. All we had to do was pack up, and we were comfortably settled in a new room within minutes. That level of service really stood out.

The rooms were super clean, the hot water worked great, and the pool area was well maintained. Breakfast each morning was hot, fresh, and the area was kept fully stocked and clean. It made starting the day easy and enjoyable.

The hotel also offers great views and is located right next to a walking path, which was perfect for peaceful strolls and getting fresh air.

If you’re visiting the Quad Cities and staying on the Illinois side, I highly recommend this hotel. It’s clean, comfortable, family-friendly, and stress-free. We had no complaints and would definitely stay here again the next time...
