Seems they were having internet issues. And instructions were not clear nor correct. They do not come out to the car. And they did not tell me the day I was there, that I needed to come inside to get my packages. I called the number I was given. An automated voice mail answered. I left a voice message. Then I sent a text. 30-40 minutes later I received a text that I could come in and pick up my. When I asked the lady behind the glass why they took so long to respond. She told me that everything works through the internet, and it was not working properly. Do you think I believed that, after I had spent about 40 minutes the day before sending my QR Code and texting someone there, making an appointment time to pick up my package? The person told me they give a 30 minute window to pick up packages. If you don't arrive by the time set, they allow 30 additional minutes for the person to get there. Well I was about 15 minutes early, so I called and texted to find out if that was ok. I never received a response, until after the time I was suppose to pick up the packages. I sent text messages 3 times on Saturday and 3 times on Sunday.. my husband also sent several text messages as we don't live close and were trying to get everything done while in town. After finally receiving response Sunday night about being at auction all day (no mention of poison or virus) I WAS able to pick up my items late Sunday night.
