Hotel is in great location. Quite brand new since it was just opened last year. Their beds are okay. But their water pressure in the bathtub is weak. Keep in mind that you can't park your car in their gated parking garage before you check in since they require you to have a key card to open the gate. But most importantly, I had a bad experience with their customer service. I went down to the front desk and requested to have housekeeping service every day during my stay. And I was told the best way to do is to call the front desk the next morning before I leave the room. So I called the next morning right before I headed out, the gentleman who picked up my call told me they won't do housekeeping for that day since I had my DND (Do Not Disturb) sign on my door as the housekeeping manager already walked through the floor and checked off his list for the day. No matter what, there's no exception. They denied my request. It was only 11am when I called and I saw the housekeeping lady was still cleaning the room next door. Why can't they just simply add a request on their list? FINE. I asked them to have my towels replenished, get my trashed cans cleared out. Guess what? The gentleman on the phone told me there's a big trash can by the elevator which I can take my trash cans out to dump it in there. I also requested a set of bedsheet for me to change it myself since my daughter made a stain on it. The gentleman on the phone can't even guarantee if he can send me a set? WTH I've never seen such a housekeeping policy in any of the worldwide hotels (from 3 stars to 5 stars) that I've stayed at before. I always put my DND on my door, then I would call the front desk to have housekeeping service for the day, then remove my DND sign right before I leave. And I have no problem at all. They made it seems like it's my fault for not following their direction or something. It's hard to believe they don't have a professional housekeeping policy in place while I hear different instructions from two different people that work at...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe hotel itself is beautiful! The staff is extremely kind and accommodating! I stayed with my family of 5 (2 adults, my 3 year old, my 2 year old and my 3 month old) The stay was very comfortable and peaceful. we were easily able to relax during our 3 night stay.
On our last night there was an incident where the hotel fire alarms went off in the middle off the night. We scooped up our babies and rushed out the door, downt the emergency stairs and outside to evacuate the hotel. Luckily there was no fire so the evacuate was short and we were able to re-enter and go back to our rooms. Upon returning to our rooms the alarm started to go off a few more times which made putting the babies back to sleep a nightmare. Turns put some guy thought it was a good idea to smoke inside the 100% smoke free hotel. My fiance and I Acknowledged that this was absolutely at no fault of the hotel or is staff though, it was just one of those things that were it of ours or their control and we were just happy that in the case of a real fire, the hotels for alarm sustenance do work! The staff we felt handled the situation absolutely wonderfully. They stayed calm, and expressed apologies for the incident and thanked everyone for following safety protocols. I asked for a late check out and they happily accommodated it with no problem. Then when time for check out came I was pleasantly surprised when the front desk gal informed me that dye to the inconvenience the night before the hotel was refunding 1 full night of my 3 night stay! I was shocked and grateful! they apologized again for the fire alarm incident and thanked me for my stay.
all that being said, I would highly recommend the hotel as it's best clean and beautiful! The staff were all very kind, friendly, and accommodating. Ypu can tell they actually care about their guests! I would definitely return to this hotel and would recommend it to everyone.
Also, just a short drive to Dodger Stadium which was a big...
This is a quite new hotel, and everything looked and felt new and nice. We stayed in a suite which consists of a living room and a separate sleeping room with two queen beds. The sleeping room was large with good beds and lots of storage for clothing, The living area was large and nicely decorated, It had a pull-out sofa bed, and a midsize "kitchen" area. However the kitchen seemed like a useless add on in the room, because the cabinets were completely empty, no plates no cups etc.
We had a nice large balcony, but there was no furniture out there so it was not very useful.
The bathroom had double sink and small bathtub / shower.
The staff at the reception were very polite and welcoming. The check in and check out went very efficient.
We had the breakfast included in our room price, but for a reason not very clear to me, only for 2 people. As our family was 5 and we booked a room for 5, we had to pay for the additional 3 breakfasts. The breakfast was good, but not a traditional buffet, but more alĆ” carte. For the "included" breakfast you get vouchers when you check in, which you can use for the days of the stay, However, you can only choose the "traditional breakfast" with this voucher. It would make more sense if this voucher represented a certain value you could use on whatever you wanted from the menu.
The restaurant staff were very friendly and polite. But the service seemed to vary from day to day, depending of which waiter we had, I wouldn't say it was bad, but it was obvious that some had more experience.
The pool is located on the 3'rd floor. It was small end shallow but nice. We used it few times. It seems that the sun only shines in the pool area during the morning and early evening. So expect shade if you go there on any other time.
I would definitely recommend this hotel, which apart some minor flaws was a very good...
