SHADY RESTAURANT! DON’T TRUST THEM! I was practically just eating dry noodles with sauce! The worst experience I have had in U.S.
I ordered Jicama and Pork Rice Noodles Roll which was recommended by the staff, but it took a magnifying glass to find a single diced piece of minced pork inside. When I questioned it, I was told that's the way it should be, and then at the end of the checkout there was a MANDATORY TIP IN A RUDE WAY!! The pork they made didn't add up to a single thin slice of meat, that's the amount you’re supposed to give? This kind of service deserves to be rewarded? Then this restaurant is really shady and people really shouldn't come!
If you're coming be sure to look at the menu and what you actually get, and how much meat you actually see, if the staff tells you that's the way it is, you must ask for it again, or else this service is going...

The rice noodle rolls come in multiple different combinations, adding an egg really elevates the experience since the toppings are generally just put on top but the egg gets mixed in. The rice noodles have a ribbon ruffled texture that helps it capture the sweet soy sauce in between its layers. The century egg and pork congee was just okay, they used slice pork instead of ground pork and the pork flavor didn't really disperse throughout the soup. The rice is still larger chunks as well and not ground.
