I came to shop at the Lone Cypress Store with my daughter who is an employee at Pebble Beach. When we were ready to check out the items at the register, my daughter mentioned she was employee and when asked, showed her ID. Mind you, the items haven't been processed yet. Once everything was done, the employee assisting us was handing out our bag and politely saying goodbye, when suddenly an older woman with glasses (I believe her name is Jin) came at us and rudely stated to let us know that next time, my daughter should inform to them ahead of time that she's an employee so that they can set the employee account on their system to scan rather than scanning as a customer, inferring that it was a hassle.
