Called for a carry out order. I ordered a large thin crust pepperoni pizza. When I went to pick up my order it was a flatbread pepperoni. I told the lady I order a thin crust pepperoni. She said, "IF I didn't say I wanted the (Round Thin Crust) they automatically give the flatbread. Uh, for one. I didn't know I had to pick between flatbread and thin crust. I order thin crust every where else and get a thin crust pizza. I ordered thin crust before at Cici's without having to say, Round! Why would someone Assume I want a flatbread pizza when I ordered a Thin crust pizza. I mean, where's the common sense? Why didn't the cashier ask me which one? Cause I didn't know I had to choose. Thin crust, is thin crust. The woman I was talking to had attitude about it as if it was my fault cause I didn't say " Round Thin Crust". I didn't get her name but she had long curly hair with hair dye. Wearing glasses. I wasn't trying to get rude back with her but when someone orders thin crust, that's what we expect to get. It's been a long while since I dined in Cici's cause the pizza was always old and cold. I Order carry out and now I have to say, ROUND THIN CRUST....

But recently I noticed that some employees charge me for full price kids when both of my kids are under 2 which according to cici’s policy they’re supposed to eat free. But the last time we stopped in and none of the pizza was fresh, after waiting for a fresh pizzas without red sauce due to allergy reasons I finally got food half way through my first piece I found hair in my pizza. Discarded the pizza and got 3 new slices. One of those 3 slices had hair in it also. At this point after being beyond frustrated with the service and quality of the food we decided to leave. It went from the nicest cici’s we’ve been to, to the most inconsistent one...

Overall it was decent. The food was sub par as far as pizza goes, but the price was right to warrant another trip. Their saving grace is their quantity of pizza. Other places only have around 6-8 pizzas at a time and wouldnt put more on till they were halfway gone while cicis had around 10-12 and was constantly cooking more. I never was waiting around for another pizza.
The taste though was always a bit off. The workers though were great and kept trying to keep the place clean.
Could probably use a serious remodel in the not too far future, it's showing it's age.
Oh! They made the arcade a pain now, they use some card reader system like the big arcades in Dallas. I really hate these systems and miss the old quarter machines. I know this won't change, but I wanted to voice my...
