I've visited & lived in many places around the world. Shopped in different types of stores (including chain stores), but this Walgreens has to be the worst store, pharmacy, place ever!!!!! If I could give zero or negative stars I would! In my own experience with my family I've done 2 pick-up orders..... first one was picked up in store just to be told, "no receipt can be given unless you wanted curbside." Checked the order & was missing several items (messing up my WC) "due to out of stock" even though I'm looking directly at it with my own eyes before walking out the store. So I bring to the attention of the manager just said, "I told these people they need to look for things & not to just mark it not there." That's it. Seriously?! Not going to fix this issue?! Ok moving on.... second pick-up order, checked in curbside..... 20 minutes plus later & 2 ignored calls to the store I go into the store asking about my order just to be handed the cart that apparently my order just sat in, again missing several items, & oh no possible way to get a receipt even though I checked in as curbside because I had to come in to get my order. The lazy employees marking the in stock items as out of stock messed up my WC again. Just overwhelmingly ridiculous at this point! Naming just one of my family members issue with this place..... the horrific pharmacy! My disabled, retired veteran, volunteer of the community, & very charitable uncle who has a hard time coming into town (lives 25 minutes away)...... came to your pharmacy three days in a row for one medication that he never received, but was told that it would be ready the following day. On the fourth day, he gave up and had to request his Dr. to send it to another pharmacy due to the unreliable employees of this place! Corporate really needs to come & clean house here or shut this place down. I've heard nothing but the same from many...

Then yesterday & today arguing with the pharmacist and pharmacist tech they are rude & not helpful at all. Even my doctor office asked for their corporate number to complain on them. Iāve been trying to get my medicine filled since yesterday since Iām leaving out of town & will need my medicine so I donāt run out. They could care less and only want to argue thatās itās not problem & blamed my Doctor. He done is part & his system even notifies me when he send my refills in. Itās Walgreens system & the rude pharmacist that will not acknowledge it even though itās been sent by fax & electronically. BEWARE DO NOT USE MOUNT PLEASANT TEXAS WALGREENS FOR...

Their system is down, again, and I called corporate to see if my blood pressure medication was filled. I was told it was partially filled and could go pick it up and then go back when the last 10 pills were available. I drive 20 miles each way to get to this place. I drove their 2 hours after my call with corporate to find the whole store is closed due to the 'system ' being down! Why did they tell me to go get the medication when they knew the store would be closed! To top it off, I drove in bad weather since we are in a winter warning state! 1 hour later, 2 gallons if gas, NO...
