Hey :) I have been known by my family and friends to LOVE this restaurant. I am especially known to love the crab legs. Due to the expense of the crab legs, which are listed as $17 for half a pound, but if you do not ask, they won’t tell you that the crab has to reach at least 1 lb to be served (equaling around $50 with a soft drink and added sides) I chose to have something different on the menu. Being as though I also LOVE crawfish, I decided for that to be my entrée of the night. Boy was I MISTAKEN for thinking it would be equally as enjoyable. Upon arrival of my crawfish, I, expecting it to be delicious, pulled apart the first one. It was disgusting. I decided to try another in hopes for it to have a better outcome, BOY WAS I WRONG AGAIN. They were dry, distasteful, and flat out nasty. I called my waiter over to ask politely to have the crawfish removed from my bill & replaced with a side of fried rice. He agreed, but proceeded to grab the girl at the front, who came over to ask again what was wrong. We told her the exact thing we told our waiter. She also agreed, took it to the back and we thought that was the end of it. 5 minutes later, the chef approaches us with ONE OF MY CRAWFISH IN HIS HAND and, in direct quotation, he asks “So what was wrong with the crawfish?” We tell him, and he responds with “Well I tried it and it was fine soooo” and immediately walks away, trying to avoid our response. I see no reason as to why he even bothered to come to our table, when all he said was that he ate my food and said it was “fine” and left. This was blatantly disrespectful, unprofessional, there was no point, and might I add- DISGUSTING. The dude literally admitted that he ate the food I sent back, just to see if I was telling the truth, which he did not believe being as though he’s bias to the food he cooked. What if I had rabies? (I am only putting suggested foods that my sister and...
Read moreI placed a to go order for my birthday dinner, arrived at the restaurant 30 minutes later. They have people packed in a small 6x6 room at the front because "covid". A little counter productive. I waited a few minutes, no one came. Rang the bell, no one came. I went inside, there was 1 girl waiting tables, busing, and doing the to go orders. My order wasn't ready yet, I waited outside until it was ready. I get home and my order was wrong. I packed it back up and took it back 10 minutes until closing. I asked for a refund because I didn't want to eat chinese food that's been sitting in to go container for an hour, mmm soggy. This lady has the audacity to look through a foggy container lid and tell me no because I ate the broccoli. TF? I opened the container lid to present the bountiful harvest of untouched broccoli in the container. "Oh." A guy came from the back and said he could remake my lo mein, but that was it, because my food wasn't "cold enough yet". Wanted me to wait 5-10 minutes longer to make the lo mein as the rest of my order got colder. I left without food, a refund, and 30 bucks poorer. Happy...
Read moreThe food is always great but my last experience was highly disappointing. I placed an online order for my family requesting that it be ready for pickup at their first available timeslot of 2:15. I arrived at 2:10 but they did not have the order ready until after 2:30. This is the second time this has happened. Got home and opened the food, the soup was missing. I called the restaurant to let them know but was told that it's not included in my meal EVEN THOUGH THE MENU SAYS IT IS. I pointed this out to her but she just kept saying it's not included. Finally, I was given one price online but when I looked at my bank statement, there was an upcharge of more than $4 since I got fried rice instead of white rice. There is no mention of that on the menu and as many times as I have eaten here, no one has ever said that there is an extra cost for the fried rice. This is all VERY POOR...
