Mancini's Sleepworld Napa — Hotel in Napa

I wish there is 0 star for this review… I bought this pillow at Mancini’s Sleepworld Napa on September 2. The person who helped me with the purchase was Tyron—he was very nice, and I got a discount. Ty told me that the pillow would arrive the next day. I went back two days later, but Tyron wasn’t working that day. Sean was there instead, and he told me the pillow would actually take one more week to arrive. Sean also mentioned that the item was in the Vallejo warehouse. Of course, I preferred to pick it up in Napa—why would I drive all the way to Vallejo with my busy schedule? Sean said if he had “time,” he would go get it, or the pillow would eventually be delivered to the Napa store.

Today, after waiting another full week past what was promised, I called Mancini’s Sleepworld Napa. Again, Sean answered the phone. He said the pillow still wasn’t ready. I feel that Sean was not helpful at all. Instead, he told me that since I didn’t want to drive to Vallejo, there was nothing he could do. What kind of customer service is that? Is it because I was only buying a pillow? Sean even said it wasn’t his promise, but he was there at the time… This is truly terrible service.

I had plans to buy a mattress from Mancini’s Sleepworld, but I’ve changed my mind. If this is the way they treat a small purchase like a pillow, I don’t want to imagine how they would handle a bigger one. I do not recommend buying here. Tom was the most incredible salesman, he immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. He patiently got to know how I slept and what I liked, and let me try every mattress he reccommended. He explained the differences and I was very impressed with his extensive knowledge on each mattress in the store. I walked out with a new mattress being delivered tomorrow and I'm very happy!!! I walked into this location not expecting to purchase a mattress, but my experience working with Ty was so amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable about the various mattress types and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I was very indecisive, and he was super patient and understanding. There were so many options, and he really helped me narrow down what I was looking for.
