Target — Local services in Napa

Ive had a few good experiances here so it wouldve been 4 stars these last few weeks Ive lived in this area. However, today was the worst experience Ive had Anywhere with WIC. I understand many people silently take issue with free programs but today takes the cake for me. An older white man did not know what to do with the computer for it. He did not switch the light off so customers piled behind me for ONE check. He asked around to other checkers. A small scene was made. I tried my best to be nice about it but the manager had to key in a handful of items (shelf labeled WIC approved) and she gave me a hard time about the one being signed not knowing I had tried to use wic somewhere they didnt accept it and I tried to explain but she cut me off. He sighed and chuckled and mumbled about it. There was no apology made about anything, they looked down at me, he bagged my items with the Bananas UNDER all the jarred goods and in my haste to leave (tears streeming down my face) I spilled my coffee on the white unicorn booties I bought with my little money for my sister who is expecting her first girl. Although this Target has been one of my favorite stores since opening, I ran into an employee last night who's attitude ruined the rest of my night and continues to bug me today. I walked into the store 5 minutes to 9, not knowing the store was closing in 5 minutes, and walking down the dental isle I hear this ear aching "MA'AM! MA'AM! Excuse me!" First off, I'm a 16 year old girl... I thought to myself- no body would call me ma'am- so I kept walking. On the third "Ma'am" I turn around to see this employee running up to me saying, "We're closed! It's 9! You need to leave." The tone of her voice was unbelievably harsh and it was a common error anyone could have made (especially since the doors were still unlocked). I understand that this lady may want to get home to her family(or cats), but I will not be shopping at Target on a Sunday evening. Plus, when I got to my car the clock then ticked to 9:00. Not the best experience my 8-year-old daughter with a disability and my husband went to in the store and was totally harassed they were watching them like a hawk the staff made then feel uncomfortable to buy anything from there. I apply for that store and I know someone who works there Katrina after this night. I wouldn't want to apply that store ever again they are too judge mentle the staff was rude and why they made my 8-year-old daughter and my husband feel unwelcome and watching them weird the store is hiring manager should be disgrace by hireing people who are such a jerks and judge mentle on people the way they look or dress .
