Was a loyal customer for well over a year, spent probably around $1k in that time. Accidently ordered the wrong product recently after they made some changes to the website and they wouldn't do anything because the package was opened and even if it was closed they were going to make me pay to ship it back. I understand I bare responsibility for not double-checking my receipt, but never having issues before and the item description being very similar to what I thought I ordered, combined with altering the listing name on the website, easy mistake to make. Understanding they won't want opened product back I just just asked for some kind of credit toward a future purchase since I've been a loyal customer and they wouldn't offer me anything. Read moreBuyer Beware. So disappointed that my order was not received. Yes, FEDEX has a proof of delivery, but because Oh! Nuts does not require a signature upon delivery, FEDEX will not let me know exactly where it was dropped off. At the office of the apartment complex or the front door, I'll never know because no one seems to care. I notified Oh! Nuts by e-mail to let them know of the delivery problem but received no response at all. Even a little note from them saying "we're sorry about that" would have been nice, But no, they got their money and I have nothing to show for it.

Read morePlaced an order on Nov 7. Paid for expedited 3-day shipping. Got a call and email immediately from them saying they didn't have the inventory that their website said they did. I told them to ship the order without the missing items instead of waiting for them to come in. 7 days later when I have not received my order by the due date, I call to find out what the delay is and discover my order has not yet been shipped. When I mention that the confirmation email said I would receive my order "on (or before) Monday Nov 13", I was told that was when the order would be shipped.
