Hot Bagels — Restaurant in New York

The employees don’t care about your time . Went there asked for a coffee, amidst a long line of people waiting to order food . Was literally ignored and left .Went in next morning asked why I was ignored . She continues ignoring you while cleaning the counter . You ask for coffee again . She doesn’t get off what she was doing before u arrived . Basically they don’t acknowledge that serving the customer is a priority. And u get lied to in your face . Very unpleasant customer service . Many times u see people get out of the store with an orange parking ticket waiting because what should have been 3 minutes extended to 20 minutes . It’s almost like they are dragging their feet to waste your time and give you a bad day . The bagels also have zero taste . U get what u pay for . If the owner is reading this . Your employees are antagonizing your customers . And obviously if someone is asking only for a coffee u shouldn’t expect them to wait on line for food to be prepared. Especially at the slow motion rate your employees work . Bad experience. Don’t...

This place is GREAT!!! Even tho I only come there on Sunday because of school BUT each time when I come there I always get so much. Everything is fresh make there and when you order something it’s right in front of the customer eyes to see. There tuna and garlic bagel is the best in my opinion. Also recommending their cream cheese bagel to. But their place is not just for bagel but their 4 special slushy. My two favorite is Carmel's coffee and Passion fruit slushy. THOSE TWO are must have especially in summer. There’s also drinks on the other side but who needs that when you have slushy. The only possible down side for this place is that you can’t see the good fresh bagels being make. Those nice fluffy crispy bagels is just way to good and I highly recommend bagels lover to try. I love the bagels! Prices are excellent! (Except for the add-on prices)

BUT: WHENEVER YOU ASK FOR SPICY SAUCE ON YOUR BAGEL THEY USUALLY GIVE YOU A TINY SPRINKLE OF IT THAT YOU CAN BARELY TASTE IT.

AND IF YOU GONNA ASK FOR A DROP MORE OF SPICY SAUCE: (AKA חריף )

ALL OF A SUDDEN ALL THE EMPLOYEES GIVE YOU ATTITUDE AS IF YOU GONNA ROB THE STORE, THEY SAY NO, UNLESS YOU WANNA PAY 50¢ EXTRA TO GET A DROP MORE.
