The room isn’t even that bad (it was dirty besides the sheets and bathroom amenities though and there’s no real window you can see through) but the staff are disgustingly disrespectful. Oh my goodness. I will never stay here again. I don’t know if it’s a class thing or a race thing, but if your budget can stand it, choose another hotel. These people are rude, especially to people of color, AS people of color and I wouldn’t even recommend a person off the street to sleep in this place with the way they throw things at you and ignore you when you approach the window respectfully. They continue conversations for MINUTES like you’re not even there (this was the lady). They don’t seem to think that people will tell them about themselves. I don’t give a damn how many rude people come in off the streets. You have you a respectful customer, you need to MATCH that respect. PERIOD. They ought to be ashamed of their performance. I hope all the customers you get from now on are just as RUDE and bare minimum as you have been to me my entire stay.

I wanted a little get away for the night and found this hotel for a great price on Priceline. It didn’t look bad in the photos. When I got to the front desk I kid you not I stood there for about a minute and a half staring at this lady on her phone. Mind you she saw me as soon as I walked in. Anyways I get to my room and as I go to lock it from the inside I realize THERE IS NO LOCK. I then go to shower and I try to lock the door. IT DOESNT CLOSE ALL THE WAY OR LOCK. Anyone with access could literally break into my room while I’m in the shower or while I’m sleeping. I DIDNT FEEL SAFE AT ALL. The ceilings were absolutely disgusting. I’ll drop some pics. As I was laying down I kept hearing noises. I’m sure it was nothing but the simple fact that my door wasn’t locked from the inside had my anxiety through the roof. I ended up leaving because I was too scared to stay there. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL FOR WOMEN STAYING ALONE.

Terrible! The outside is misleading, these rooms are a nightmare. Room not only smelled like cigarettes, but the walls and AC were stained yellow from people smoking in them. The smoke detectors were pulled out. There was a hole in the sink, no hot water, and the tub was so stained it looked like a mat was in it but there wasn't one. The bathroom door wouldnt shut due to what looks like it being kicked in previously. There are no additional locks on the door for protection. The beds are extremely uncomfortable, you can feel the individual springs and the tv didnt work. A family member got the room for us but we couldn't even stay the full week. It was unbearable and disgusting.

DON'T STAY HERE – Worst Experience Ever This was by far the worst hotel (or more like a motel for short stays) I’ve ever stayed at. The area felt very unsafe and uncomfortable, even with a police station next door. We had to use Uber for everything — walking didn’t feel safe at all. Right after parking, we saw two people looking into our car windows, and they walked away when we approached. It happened again later that evening. The room was dirty, cold, and extremely noisy due to thin, leaky windows facing the highway. I had the feeling the windows were open because of the constant noise and cold air, but they were actually closed — just poorly sealed. There were no sheet covers, no duvet, and no hair dryer. The hallways smelled like urine and weed. The walls were dirty, with visible vomit, and the bed sheets had blood stains. The towels also had stains. We were so disgusted we slept fully dressed, with hoodies over our heads. In the morning, we took a quick shower and left as fast as possible. We heard multiple guests booking rooms by the hour, which makes it clear this is that kind of place. We also didn’t feel comfortable with how they handled check-in. They copied our driver’s license, and we weren’t sure if they also copied our credit card. Later, we read reviews from other guests who reported unauthorized attempts to use their cards after staying there. That left us even more uneasy. Even Uber drivers who have lived in the area for years confirmed that this is not a very safe place. We made the mistake of rushing and not checking reviews — big regret. If you're traveling with family or just want peace of mind, spend $100 more and stay...

I don’t even know where to start. First let me say, the photos online of this property is DECEPTIVE! I wish I could post some. Upon check in there was a sticky note with a price for “the night” that read $250 (room was supposed to be $200 a night on weekends per online and flyers around the building) paid, was given a key and went to my room. As soon as I opened door, the first thing I noticed was the stained walls, broken mirror & window a/c unit that half covered the window, leaving the other half exposed for bugs. Upon further inspection, there were cigarette burns in the sheets, the bathroom was filthy and the ceiling had multiple water marks and saggy parts that disturbed me badly. The fridge say wide open on the floor and the desk was but a frame with a piece of wood and barely tarnished/tattered chair at it. The tv would not stop showing ads for ROKU as if it was a store display tv. No matter how many times I changed the settings from store mode, it didn’t stop. The walls were paper thin and you could hear MULTIPLE conversations right outside your door. The shower had hair and remnants of something pinkish red inside. Something chunky. THE WORST PART IS, I PAID WITH MY CARD AT ABOUT 7 or 8pm. AROUND 1:30am I RECEIVED MULTIPLE TEXT FROM NAVY FED OF DECLINED TRANSACTIONS FOR MULTIPLE PLACES. MY CARD WAS COMPROMISED. Sadly I had to cancel my cards & couldn’t pay for anything without cash the rest of the trip. I have photos I’m going to try and post some. Hopefully this helps someone else. I thought bc of the photos and the free parking I was “winning” however the 18 car lot was scary and super super tight!...

This hotel was pretty decent for the price. The customer service was great. However, I stayed here for more than a day and the first room that I was booked into had a slow leak that turned into a full fledged flood in the bathroom after a couple of hours. I wasn't really given a discount which I wish I had been because the room also had other issues.

The reason I say that the customer service was great is because once it got really bad, I did complain and was issued another room promptly. It's very easy to book a room online but just as easy in person. Just know that of for some reason you have to leave earlier than the hours you paid for, there are no refunds for the difference. Overall, for the price it's not bad. You get a tv with internet connectivity by way of using devices like roku etc. The remotes let you use the apps on the tv. You can watch youtube, Netflix and other apps, provided you have a log in for the subscription apps. You also get free Wi-Fi and the password is displayed on the glass at the front desk. There is no elevator, but it's only 2 floors. If you have bad knees, this may not be the place for you. Overall, it gets a solid 3 🌟 🌟🌟. Would go again, but i would check the room for...
