El Nuevo Patio — Restaurant in New York

This is the most disgusting and horrible place I ever been too. The service is very poor and the food quality is very disgusting. I literally found a string of hair in my food and when I asked for a complimentary meal or refund they refused. I’ve been to many local restaurants in the Bronx and never had this experience. From now on I’ll stick to going to la Codina de yala which deserve a high end address because of its success on keeping the customers happy and giving them quality Spanish food. I was here 2 days ago...

I ordered a yaroa from here. Went with my brother. They took forever to answer the phone. When they finally did, the guy sounded awesome over the phone. Told me the food would be ready in 15. I called back in 30 and it was not ready. I ended up waiting another 20 minutes after that. But the yaroa tasted good. My brother had the chicken one and it had a lot of that crunchy chewy thing that chickens have on ends of their bones. I forgot the name but yeah. Also their only beverage...

I really like this restaurant, i used to go there all the time when I was 18, the only thing I dont like is that now they have a restriction: if you are under 21 you must sit by the door you are not allowed in the dance area, pretty much sucks...
