I just placed an order on Grubhub for an 18 inch supreme pizza, two double cheeseburgers, small order of cheese fries, and peach cobbler I called previously before placing my order to find out if their meat was pork since I don’t eat pork. the first time I called the store, I got no answer and then I called back immediately after, this time I got an answer and the person answered and gave me a seemingly polite answer to my question. so I then went ahead and proceeded to place my order on the app which is what I communicated to the person, that spoke with on the phone that I was going to do. After getting off the phone with him after I placed the order I then realized I forgot to add a note to put some packets of ketchup and hot sauce in the bag. but when I tried calling this time each time it just rang and went to voicemail. I called in total of 4 times before the last few times I tried calling in hopes that this time some one would answer; like they had done before placing my order. I noticed this time it no longer rang but instead I was just sent straight to voice mail. each time, I even tried calling on my sons phone after that and it was the same thing just voicemail so that could only mean they turned their phone lines off if this is the case, that is very unprofessional. and I am not pleased with this poor customer service the whole point of having a phone line for your business is for customers to get in contact with them so they can help with anything or fix any issues this is no good and unacceptable for a first impression. Since this is my first time ordering from them. Now it looks like it may also may be my last I hate to write a business off from just ordering one time this is actually my first time doing so. I actually don’t really write reviews for me to do so it would have to be exceptionally good or despicably bad.i received the food and not only did they not answer the phone they also left out my cheese fries smh and like expected they did not put any ketchup and hot sauce. Only thing that they got right was the time it came very fast and the food tasted good they got an A for taste, and an F for customer service so I guess you can say I’m not entirely displeased.
