Hotel Ninety Five Parkchester — Hotel in New York

We chose this hotel for one night because it was close to the university and next to one of the main subway lines in Manhattan. Apparently it's a new one to the area and got very little good reviews on Google. We soon discovered that the saying "no news, good news" in this case was not appropriate.||The best thing about the hotel is its location ... and that's it.||The rest is easy to anticipate - the room was downright dirty, it hadn't been cleaned in weeks in case it was ever cleaned. The bathroom contained biological "souvenirs" and, for example, the soap dispensers were empty for the simple reason that they were never refilled. Another exciting surprise was that there are no closets or hangers to leave your clothes, so the only option is to leave them on the floor. .. but we agreed that the floor was very dirty! isn't it?||Rooms are extremely small: do not trust on the pictures showed on the hotel website.||My wife and I, we couldn't sleep all night because we were looking for time to get ready to get out of this dump.||Honestly, my experience in this hotel could be comparable to having slept in the New York subway, with the difference that if you spend the night in the subway, you have the opportunity to make friends with other homeless people or people in the area.||I highly recommend avoiding staying in this unprofessional dump, and avoiding relying on "fake"...

PLEASE DO NOT STAY IN THAT PLACE!!!!||DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. ||I SWEAR THAT I AM BEING 100% HONEST ABOUT THIS REVIEW.||||What I am about to say happened Saturday, June 19, 2021||||I read some reviews of other people that had stayed in the hotel before, and they commented how dirty the hotel/room was, and that it had a terrible WEED smell and cigarettes. I did not wanted to believe the previous reviews and I regret it so bad. Since the place was open recently I thought it was just a bad customer review. But that person was right.||||We literally lost our money. We come all the way from Boston to visit our friend who lives around the corner and we thought it would be convenient to stay at that hotel to be closer to our friend’s house. ||||Our room was so dirty and it even had blood stains on the walls. The room smelled so much to weed and the floors, specially the bathroom floor was really dirty. There was also a plastic around the smoke alarm 🙄. But the WEED smell was worst then everything else. The whole building smelled like weed. Terrible place and terrible customer service. Would never go there. ||||We ended up not staying there. We checked out and pay for another hotel. So basically we lost our money because there...

0/5 stars DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! The hospitality was very poor! And there was nobody at the front desk present consistently. They were taking smoke breaks and that’s not even the worst part. There is no 24 hour housekeeping at this location so if anything was issue issue you would have to clean it because the front desk can’t do anything. During our stay the bed was made but when you took the cover of the sheets were dirty, there were stains on the sheets and mattress it’s self, hair on the pillow and sheets and also a toenail UNDER THE COVER! Not to mention this was the second time we had to switch rooms...This goes to show that there is unprofessional disgusting service being provided at this location because when we addressed the situation to the front desk the front desk simply handed us to bed sheets indicating that we have to change the sheets. They are not taking COVID-19 guidelines seriously at this location.. So I’m not sure if these are fake reviews about this place or just dirty people giving it a good rating but it’s a NO GO and I wouldn’t recommend.! HR will be hearing from me!
