What can I say? The reviews were correct. Slow and unprofessional. At the time I was picking up my order it was late at night. And quite frankly, I did not feel like putting my 4c hair up in a tight ponytail to pick up a pizza. A staff member made a sly, racist comment about me being a “little boy” when both my name and feminine voice indicate I am in fact female. This goes to show how unprofessional the staff is.
Secondly, a staff member claimed that my phone number was “incorrect” and she tried to call me. (Edit: I realized the context was lacking. Supposedly, she attempted to call me to inform me that a topping I selected for my pizza was unavailable.) What she means by “incorrect” is not clarified. Was the number not in service? Either way, I checked the phone number I have saved in the app. It matches my current phone number. Sounds like a pathetic excuse for bad service.
Thirdly, I placed my order at 8:24 pm. It was finally ready at 9:33pm. Slow on top of unprofessional and rude. The only reason why I came to this location (wanted to go to Papa Johns. Much less of a waiting time and respectful staff.) is because of their cinnabons my mother loves. (Another edit: One of the many reasons to go to the by the nearby Papa Johns.) Not to mention, I ordered from the nearby Papa Johns the day before. A staff member called me to inform me that my order was ready. He had no problems with my phone number being “incorrect.” Nor did it take more than hour for my order to be available for pickup.

The wings were ok and the cookie was good and the soda quenched my thirst but the pizza...Thats a whole other story. Should you even call yourself pizza hut?!? Because what i ate was not pizza. You know that hot melted goey cheese with sauce and deliciousness, THAT IS NOT WHAT I RECEIVED!! It had almost no sauce, i had a thin crust with pepperoni and Italian sausage but that just tasted like the cardboard box so i might as well ordered a cardboard box. The other was half Hawaiian And half spinach, ham and Italian sausage and it looked like they made the pizza and just threw the topping after the pizza was done. Both pizzas were cold when it got here and the driver...oh god the driver...he didn't even come out the car, gave him 40$ and the total was 36 and change so lets say 37 and the driver dead waited there like umm you have everything so what are you waiting for? So i asked how much it was and he said 37 asked for my change and he said i don't have change. So you telling me you were planning on leaving and giving yourself a 3$ tip?! Then he told me he didn't have change. -_- what kind of driver doesn't have change?!? So i like the nice person that i am said okay And let him leave. I've seen a ton of Papa John's, Domino's, and other pizza based places comparison videos(Pizza Hut won in each of those videos), reviews, and mukbangs about Pizza Hut. This is why I made the decision to disregard all of the complaints about this particular location’s poor customer service and rude staff. I now regret making that choice.
I placed an order with a specific budget in mind, but I later wanted to revise it after realizing that I had more money than I thought. I then looked it up on their website, where I discovered that once an online order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled. I decided to phone the restaurant where I had ordered the meal.
On the first call, a woman answered the phone stated, "Give me a second." I then ended up waiting for about 13 minutes! Simply state if you are unavailable, and I'll call you back later. She might have been busy, but I'm not positive. In all of those 13 minutes, I only heard one carryout customer enter. I hung up out of frustration.
I ended up making another call later on. A man answered the phone and offered to transfer me to another line to someone who can assist me. I was in the middle of discussing my issue when the guy on that line I was transferred to abruptly hung up on me! I was so turned off at that moment that I chose to order elsewhere. Go to the local Domino's or Papa John's to save time and money instead! Or simply go to another Pizza...
