Amazing customer service from Mr. Perry!! He was so patient with me and my partner Lynn as we tried almost every mattress in the store!

He walked us through the different types and qualities of mattresses and which ones fit us and our body types best. And he wasn’t your typical “salesman” either. In which I mean it wasn’t just all about the Benjamins. He hooked us up and got us taken care of with all the discounts and buying options he could get us! All around great service, great quality of mattress, and all at a great price!

He is the “mattress scientist” everyone needs to go see! 5 out of 5 stars! Easily and hands down the best experience I’ve had making a “big” purchase in a long time!

John was very informative and guided us thru our search. After only looking for a 'simple' mattress, we ended up purchasing a very nice 'system' complete with the Ergomotion base. The best part was the delivery service. Up front at purchase time I was given a specific date. About 3 days before, I received notice of the confirmation date. I will never ever go to a Mattress Firm again. My husband had bought a mattress at the Maumelle store several years ago. I started the process of buying a new one for myself in January, 2022 with P.J. I later decided to upgrade to a pillow top but when I went into the store to make the swap, PJ charged me twice and the Mattress Firm system wouldn’t allow him to undo the first charge. It took me months of trying to talk to local managers then finally to a district manager to FINALLY get a refund for the initial charge in late March! It was an AWFUL experience!...
