Burger King — Restaurant in North Little Rock

I arrived at 11:23 pm and I sat at the drive thru for 5 minutes. No answer or anything. Then I drove around and went back to the drive thru. Still no answer... then I drove past a window and one of the workers was leaning up against a wall. I guess he didn't think I saw him. Then I went to the window and waited, finally after several minutes he came to the window and unlocked it. He asked what I needed and I said I would like to make an order. He said the system is down. I said when will it be back up? He said 20 minutes. Which was when they closed. Then I said I'll wait. He replied "you'll wait???". I said sure. He didn't seem to like my answer. When I worked fast food I helped customers past closing. But instead this Burger King's employees wanted to close 30 minutes early. I did not get my order and I left, because I probably would have received a burger with spit on it. The employee was not happy with me. Owner should probably look at managers and staff. I dont want anyone to loose thier job, but come on man, you cant expect to close 30 min early. Do better. One...

I've only visited this location 3 or 4 times since I've lived in Maumelle, and every time, except once, the customer service has been poor. During my last visit, a few nights ago, my daughter and I were greeted at the drive-thru by a "Burger King", no "hello", no "welcome to Burger King" or no "may I take your order" - just "Burger King". Additionally, we never received a price for our order, so after waiting in silence for a while, I finally drove around. Then, once we arrived at the 2nd window to pick up our order, the young man (and I use that term loosely) didn't greet us at all. He handed me the drinks and I said "thank you"; he said nothing. He then handed me the food and still said nothing. He didn't smile; he didn't nod or anything. Clearly, he doesn't like his job or he was just having a bad day. Whatever the case, the customer service was unacceptable. Thankfully, however, Maumelle has a David's Burgers, which has awesome food and amazing customer service. The customer service here is horrible! I've been here multiple times and with the exception of one, its been bad. Somehow they were out of tea, which happens I guess so I proceeded to get something else. But when I get to the window to get my food, I asked the lady for an extra sweet and sour sauce, and she proceeded to tell me there was one in there. I then asked again and she said "did you not hear me" with attitude and then I said yes I heard you, but im asking for another one. She said "did you even look in your bag, I gave you two" again with a horrible attitude. I then proceeded to ask for the manager and she said "I dont care, come in and talk to him" and slammed the window on me. So I waited til he came to the window.

I'll never be back and there is a good reason I never go to Burger King. Trash and usually the food...
