After traveling 6 hours in a car with another 10 hours to go until my family reaches our destination, we stopped at this Whataburger for lunch. What a mistake that was. We placed our lunch order at 11:10am and by 11:30 we still hadn't received our order. My stepfather then went up with our receipt to ask how much longer or if there was any issues. There were 4 employees standing around and placing their own orders for food and making customers use the kiosk instead. Finally a woman who works there asked what he wanted and after explaining how long we have been waiting, she snatched the receipt from him and told him they would START making the order and he needed to go sit back down. So he came back to table and waited another 15 minutes. In that time 2 other people, who came long after us, actually got their food. My mother went up to the counter then to just ask for a refund because we have been waiting 45 minutes no with no food. The same woman gave so much attitude and said they would START working on it. Again. There was a lot of back and forth with that employee trying to blame everyone else & asking for the receipt, which she already took. A woman who was normally not working this store & just there to train employees stepped in and apologized for our wait. It took a little while but they finally refunded our order since they STILL hadn't started making our order yet. During the time my mother waited though there another family who waited 30 minutes before finally getting their order as we were leaving and another woman came in saying she was told from the drive-thru to park and hers would be brought out to her and that was 20 minutes ago. I understand that we all came during some sort of shift change so there would be some confusion as to what had been finished or not, but it is still unacceptable to yell at customers, take and lose their receipts, and keep telling customers their order would be started after 45 minutes. Read moreI placed a mobile order at the Crystal Hill location the evening of Saturday, October 19th around 5pm. I came inside to pick up my mobile order. I have a habit of checking my order to see if everything is correct before leaving. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger combo meal; my wife ordered a chicken sandwich combo meal. when checking the combos, neither had cheese. I requested cheese on the mobile order for the chicken sandwich but mistakenly left the cheese off on the bacon cheeseburger...no biggie. I requested to pay the additional 79 cents for the cheese. The cashier, white male, who was very nice explained that they couldn't take the order back, i understood. Then, the younger black female, who was very nice, looked at the receipt and said cheese was requested on the bacon burger combo, i understood. By this time, the fat black younger male comes from the grill with the most disrespectful attitude making jokes and playing with my time. The situation escaladed. Shift manager, Holly stepped in and made it right. I commend Holly for de-escalating the issue and making it right to satisfy the customer. Holly got her GM (Scott) on the phone with my wife and offered to make things right. Holly and Scott did a great job in handling this issue. To me, this is what customer satisfaction is all about. We currently live in a time were nobody takes pride in what they do anymore. This generation of young adults have no pride in what they do, they don't care about anything or anyone. They are so disrespectful to the point it makes you not even want to deal with fast food.

Read moreI wish I could give 0 stars. I absolutely love Whataburger and was excited one opened up close enough that I could go. I am a Texan, but live here in AR. I always make sure to get a Whataburger when I go back home to visit my mom. This location is a HUGE disappointment. My bf and I ordered on the kiosk but the kiosk screwed up our order, we didn't know until our food was brought to our table. My bf took the tray back to the counter and explained the kiosk didn't order the right food, the cashier accused us of ordering it wrong. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich but chicken tenders is what was brought out, there was no chicken tenders option on the screen. No one bothered to look at the kiosk nor put it out of order. We had already waited 20 min for "fast food" and they weren't busy. They fixed the order but it took another 15 min to do so. The buns on our sandwiches were burnt and so was the grilled chicken. The lobby had several tables empty but we only found 1 that was clean, there were 3 employees standing around doing NOTHING too.
