I come to this sonic sometimes and theyāve always been good and provide quick food service. Tonight I went and go the bacon on bacon quarter pound double cheese burger with a milkshake. Iām currently pregnant right now and it took everything in me to get out tonight but I had my mind set on a good sonic burger. I placed the order through the app since thereās was 1/2 off the price of the burger and pull up to the drive thru. They gave me my food and drink in a timely manner and once I got home I was ready to eat . I opened up the wrapper and became sadly disappointed in the burger. It was hard and looked mostly burnt. I just wanted to cry and I did on the phone to my partner about it because I was already back home and comfortable and just wanted to eat a delicious burger. After my partner consoled me. I called sonic back and spoke with the manager Val. She was amazing and offered me some additional ice cream for my trouble which I accepted. Now I just had to muster up the strength to get back out tonight which I really didnāt want to do. I get to the drive thru and Val is the one on the mic. I give her my name and she completely surprises me by offering me a small drink and small fry instead and my burger came out perfect. The manager Val really did turn around my experience I had at sonic tonight and I would recommend everyone to continue to go to this sonic location and to give them the chance to fix your issues if they happen to mess up because VAL truly made me feel better...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreLet me start by saying this is no reflection of the actual people that work at this location but of the District Manager and the online support staff about an order I placed here. 8/4/23 I placed an order at 11:14 pm for immediate pickup at this location. Upon arrival at 11:23 I was met outside by the shift lead and I was informed the location is closed and the operating hours still had not been updated to reflect the 11:00 pm closing time in the app. I took down some information on how I could receive a refund for my order and followed that process. Here it is numerous emails and nearly a month later, still no refund. Iām told that the matter will be escalated and Iāll hear from someone soon on the status of my refund. The contact us form isnāt helpful. Calling and waiting on hold isnāt helpful. I had to dig just to find the District Managers work email. This has just been the dumbest run around all because some idiot canāt update their store hours correctly. Stop giving this franchise owner your hard earned money if she doesnāt even have the decency to do the small stuff like updating...

I've learned to only order drinks here as the food orders were routinely wrong or very poorly made. I don't expect 5 star service from fast food places but this location continually lets me down. Today I ordered a drink order on the mobil app. Checked in ... waited 20 min. Had to buzz in to actually get the order. Order arrived. Was short a LG drink. Immediately buzzed back in to let them know. ...10 min - nothing. Buzzed back in and let them know we were still waiting. ...10 min - Nothing! Buzzed back in a 3rd time to ask if it was coming. ...After 10 more min I just left. I'm not sure if I'm more frustrated with them cheating me out of a large drink or at myself for wasting almost an hour for them to get a simple drink order correct. Would have preferred to have found a way to privately let the owner know but this is the only way...
